Today, my package was delivered 100 yards from my house in the middle of a thunderstorm. Needless to say the package was soaked. This is unacceptable for any delivery.

The people I’ve interacted with who work the desk are extremely rude. They never deliver packages so I always have to pick them up, and they act like it’s crazy inconvenience every time. I’ve heard the guy who works there is really nice but I’ve never seen him.

They leave boxes in street and say they attempted to deliver but do not! Also, they do not answer their phone during business hours.
