Absolutely fantastic. Speedometer and odometer quit working on my truck. I replaced all the things that could cause this. All sensors and other things. I looked under the truck, engine compartment and under the dash. Looked everywhere for a week. Found this guy. Told him everything I'd done. He'd said ok I'll fix it. I said you will? He said of course. He is owed on weekends but said he would meet me at the shop on Saturday. He called me on Monday, said it was fixed. He found a short after removing the instrument cluster on the dash. What kind of service is this? Definitely not something you see now days. The cost was very reasonable considering all he had to take apart. Yea just don't find this now days. I think him very much. Friendly and very welcoming. Don't pay attention to any negative comment you read.

I don't know how this guy gets any business. He is extremely rude on the phone. I specifically looked up companies that install radios as I want an upgrade on my new to me vehicle. I asked if they do them and his response was he doesn't like to do them. Not really what I asked. I'm a school teacher and I don't like giving standardized tests to 6th graders but it's part of my job. So I asked if he knew anybody that liked to do them and he said not really. Clearly he's not interested in getting business and it's probably time for him to get out. He asked what kind of time frame I was looking for and I'm getting ready to move to California and I said as soon as possible because I am moving soon and he asked me why don't I just get it installed in California. Obviously if I am driving from Indiana to California I want something nice to listen to and be able to have access to the maps and things that I would get from the upgraded system. Why would I take my old system all the way across the country? The appeal to having Android auto would be to have it for a very long car trip. Obviously I know I could have it installed in California. I'm not stupid. The point of having it now would be to get me to California. The guy has no bedside manner. Obviously he's old and cranky and sounds to me like he needs to retire because he sounds burnt out.

He told me on the phone that he didn't do the starter repair I was looking for. He then called me back an hour or so later and let me know a test to run for diagnostics.
Didn't have to do that, I will go there again.

Brought my '86 Mazda Truck in for an electric fan switch. Scott originally told me $300-$400 for the repair. Called me a few days later saying it was finished and would be $500. When I picked it up, it was raining outside where the truck was parked. So I didn't inspect the work. My mistake!!!! When I got home and pulled in the garage & took a look..... duct tape had been used to install a relay. When I shut the truck off, the fan stayed on was the biggest problem. Now the the fan would run until the truck cooled below temperature. This will drain my battery in hot conditions and is not the right way. I tried to discuss this with Scott. He was very inappropriate about the matter is all I need to say. I'd highly recommend against this place.

Scott is a once or twice in a lifetime mechanic. He goes above and beyond to help. His speciality is electrical, and anyone looking for electrical work on a vehicle knows how hard it is to find one, let alone a great one.
I'm set. Scott is my go-to for electrical work and he will tell you if he sees something else wrong and connect you with other great auto repair shops. He Won't overcharge, lie, break something to get you back, or advise you to go to someone who does that kind of thing.
I'd give him 10 stars.

New to town, found Aarons Auto Electric online and couldn't be happier. Fixed my car for half the price anyone else wanted just to touch it, was super friendly and helpful in the extreme. Thanks so much Scott :)

The owner works alone, and he is a genius when it comes to fixing cars. He was nice to me and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
