“1/27/26. Got up to go to work battery was dead in my car. We waited until store opened and my husband gave me jump. We got to the store and was greated by a wonderful young lady named Summer. She was amazing. We told her what we needed and she went straight to work. My husband left and I stayed as Summer was waiting for another employee to get there so she could install my battery. She even offered me a chair to sit in while she went outside in the cold to take care of me. I went with her and conversated with her while she did the install. She went above and beyond all while doing so with a genuine smile. She even checked my alternator and starter for me free of charge. I will definitely go back there for any needs I might need for my car that they may carry. Summer, thank you for going the extra mile for me and making me feel like I was a somebody.”
“If I ever need collision or glass repair I will take my car to Gerber. The customer service is the absolute best, the cost for repairs was more than reasonable, my car was finished early, and it now looks amazing. Not to mention they detailed both the exterior and interior, and it has not been this clean since I bought it from a dealer. Anyway, trust me, and go with Gerber. There simply can not be a better place to take your car in this area.”

“Only thing that sucks is that I can only give em a five star rating when they deserve so much more. I was at wits end and to the point of giving up when a friend mentioned “Ray’s” looked it up on google and thought what the heck. I’m to the point of ramping the car off a cliff sounds like an almost legitimate plan. But back to Ray’s they are amazing. Got me in at the drop of a hat in the middle of the night. No one else in the business would do that and not to mention it wasn’t for an exhaust or radiator.”
“One of my windshield wipers on my 2015 Camry broke off after the snow storm a few weeks ago. I went to AutoZone on Grant Line road to get a new one. Not only did the sales person provide the correct windshield wiper... he installed it for me! As he replaced the old wiper, he casually mentioned the indicator on the other windshield wiper was nearing its end. I bought the other wiper and he installed that one as well. No hard sell. Just. Amazing. Service. I strongly recommend them!”
