“I went to the new Albany store and they didn't have the part I needed, but the dude that waited on me immediately got on his computer and found the part at the store at sellersburg store for me so I asked about another part and he found that one at the Clarksville store , I didn't get his name but he was extremely friendly and very helpful, I'll revisit in the future because of his service and pleasant attitude attitude”
“Probably one of the only part stores that I ever go to. The people in there are very helpful. In super nice and a price match. I always take my used motor oil to them and they dispose of it free without a charge. And just all around a really good parts store”
“Isaiah is the man! I came in to O’Reily needing a new battery for my jeep. My battery was pretty far gone and ended up taking some time to remove. Isaiah was positive through the whole experience and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied with the replacement. He’s an A player. Well done. Will be back.”

“Took a set of batteries we thought was bad they tested and said they could charge them but they wasn’t bad definitely saved us 300+ we took them home and brought them up on a charger and they worked just fine. Glad to know they won’t take advantage of you and sale you something you don’t need”

“Edi and chaz were amazing! I have never had someone explain things so thoroughly and research to tell me whats going on with my car , they went above and beyond to help me , they checked my engine light , checked my battery , alternator and starter and even changed my battery for me in 90 degree weather ! Edi told me more about the car than the mechanic ever has and took his time didnt rush me out the door like everyone else usually does. These two deserve a raise and promotion im very very impressed and will be back to this location if anything else happens with the car, thanks so much you guys!”
