He took his time to understand what I was trying to explain and honestly, I was having a hard time explaining what the part was but Aaron was super patient and very helpful in making sure I got what I needed so I didn't spend unnecessary money. Even the lady that worked with him was very friendly and between the two of them, they made the whole experience very pleasant, not making me feel like I was some uneducated individual that was clueless and that I was just wasting their time in the guessing game. They were both outstanding and did their job well and I will say I was very skeptical going in because I had just been treated badly by another place of business before me going to O'Reilly's where I was told ("I was wasting their time to return when I wasn't so clueless"). So hats off to Aaron for being so patient, kind and so extremely helpful, you made this trip to the auto store a pleasant one!! Thank you so much!”

Wish it was better lit in the parking lot and the outdoor signage because we were uncertain at first if the business was still open around 7:15 PM on a Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and the store was easy to navigate to get our item, check out, and be back on the road.”

So if I don't need to end up leaving without the part I came for by going to O'Reilly's and I save a few dollars here and there seems like a no-brainer to me.
