Again, they did exactly what I asked, let me use my own Amsoil (Morton also uses Amsoil, the best oil on the market). Morton's is my new local shop.”

Her car is about 10 years old so naturally I worried about new paint not matching original being as there might be some kind of fade due to the age, nope, it's perfect, can't even tell the bumper was replaced. “I took my '88 Volvo 245 to MOTORWERKS after all of the other well-known independent Volvo mechanics in Louisville didn't want to have anything to do with replacing my cabin/body wiring harness that had a short circuit after insulation decayed, which caused a meltdown under the hood.
Ben diagnosed the problem and allowed me to help by finding a used replacement harness online.
The replacement installation was completed with total perfection, and in addition to making sure everything functioned as expected, Ben went out of his way to fix several other small existing issues: odometer reset button; temperature gauge cluster/sensor; melted dipstick handles, etc.
His invoice was extremely fair, the used parts they sourced were very reasonably priced.
If you are looking for a highly competent Volvo or Mercedes repair shop I highly recommend MOTORWERKS in New Albany, IN.
Short of sounding melodramatic I would say Ben is a miracle worker --for those souls who love their vintage Volvos. He seems to know it all, done it all and he's a perfectionist.”

When other mechanics have quoted me 2+ weeks for work to be started June Tune has it completed and back to me in those 2 weeks. My most recent experience was after another local shop left my car in a dangerous manner and would not help, June Tune gave me an honest and fair estimate (yes I handled the other shop). “Absolutely fantastic. Speedometer and odometer quit working on my truck. I replaced all the things that could cause this. All sensors and other things. I looked under the truck, engine compartment and under the dash. Looked everywhere for a week. Found this guy. Told him everything I'd done. He'd said ok I'll fix it. I said you will? He said of course. He is owed on weekends but said he would meet me at the shop on Saturday. He called me on Monday, said it was fixed. He found a short after removing the instrument cluster on the dash. What kind of service is this? Definitely not something you see now days. The cost was very reasonable considering all he had to take apart. Yea just don't find this now days. I think him very much. Friendly and very welcoming. Don't pay attention to any negative comment you read.”

As a veteran, I truly appreciated the discount they offered, but even beyond that, their pricing was the best I found and came with a solid warranty and some extra perks I honestly didn’t expect.
From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and care. The gentleman I worked with was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. He explained my options clearly, even suggesting I could wait on the front brakes for a couple more months and just handle the rear first. “Only thing that sucks is that I can only give em a five star rating when they deserve so much more. I was at wits end and to the point of giving up when a friend mentioned “Ray’s” looked it up on google and thought what the heck. I’m to the point of ramping the car off a cliff sounds like an almost legitimate plan. But back to Ray’s they are amazing. Got me in at the drop of a hat in the middle of the night. No one else in the business would do that and not to mention it wasn’t for an exhaust or radiator.”
