Today is the best day! I was referred to AutoZone to get a part. Sheila, parts sales manager, was awesome in helping me get and install (simple task to her, but not myself). Thank you so much! And price decent, too I might add?

Easy place to shop. Customer service is great. Just have to make sure the register rings up the correct sale prices on oil and filter combos.

No stars this store is awful. I put my online order in at 10:30 in the morning and by 4 pm still hasn't received an email back stating my order was ready, so I called and they hadn't even bothered to pick it yet. If I hadn't called I probably would never have gotten them if it was up to those employees. None of the employees there were over age 21 if I'm willing to bet and when I tried to lodge a complaint with they grey shirt kid, he said I didn't know anything about it and laughed that I was mad. This was 4/5/24 at 4:15 pm. I want to speak to the General manager bc this isn't the first time I've been in this store and had issues. Thank you!

Initially, i was kinda bummed to see only one person working, but the gentleman working was so kind and helpful, and somehow managed to get to everyone quickly! He even helped cistomers with installing bulbs and wiper blades in a timely manner and didn't make anyone feel rushed. I wish I could remember his name- he deserves a raise!

Hello, there is a sign out front that says you guys close at 10. I was waiting on my car battery to charge and I went back to check on it and found the store closed. Please remove this sign.Next day: Also, they are not great at replying to phone calls.Update: They replied to my phone call after 3 attempts. I found out that my battery wasn't recorded between shifts and she had no idea that my battery was there, if it'll take a charge, or if it's even ready. I dropped it off last night at 7 pm. I have to Uber over there to get my car battery.Final Update: The store claimed the battery was bad and wasn't taking a charge. I took it to another car parts store and it was fully charged and working properly. This AutoZone is definitely one I wouldn't go to again.

Came in to get my check engine light tested, waited in line several minutes and the only employee was on the phone while working. Unable to get help in the time I had so I left with no service.
