Hello, there is a sign out front that says you guys close at 10. I was waiting on my car battery to charge and I went back to check on it and found the store closed. Please remove this sign.Next day: Also, they are not great at replying to phone calls.Update: They replied to my phone call after 3 attempts. I found out that my battery wasn't recorded between shifts and she had no idea that my battery was there, if it'll take a charge, or if it's even ready. I dropped it off last night at 7 pm. I have to Uber over there to get my car battery.Final Update: The store claimed the battery was bad and wasn't taking a charge. I took it to another car parts store and it was fully charged and working properly. This AutoZone is definitely one I wouldn't go to again.

Came in to get my check engine light tested, waited in line several minutes and the only employee was on the phone while working. Unable to get help in the time I had so I left with no service.

Been going to auto zone since the 90's with my dad and if you need anything for your vehicle it's always a good bet they have it. Like going to see an old friend.

Came in for a break light and a turn signal light. I am more than capable of finding my way through the store and researching the parts I need. I have no doubt the employee working the store would have been incredibly helpful if she were not screaming down the phone to Sasha about not having had a day off since October.I have come to this location several times, the employees are incredibly helpful and supportive and wonderful. I have many times been saved massive repair bills due to their general knowhow and mechanical prowess. However, I am heartbroken for this employee. They a hard working person who deserves better.Do better, Sasha. Do better AutoZone. Your employees deserve days off.

Everyone always seems to be in a bad mood here… Walked in asking for breaks and rotors and the lady at the front just has a nasty attitude. Then gets on her phone and starts arguing with someone on her phone call.One of the male employees comes in the door yelling at someone from outside.Not sure what the problem is but have a little bit of common courtesy when you deal with the public for your job… You picked to work here. ??♀️

I visited the Grantline Road AutoZone and was able to get assistance almost immediately. In addition, the part that I needed was at the store the next day. The agent that assisted me was very helpful, although, when I called the next day to see if the part had been delivered, a different agent told me the part hadn't been delivered when in actuality the part was at the store. My suggestion to all is that if you have to order a part, when you call to check the status of delivery ask the agent to double check their inventory for your order.

I was at this store last Saturday to buy a new battery for my car. What I experienced at this store is horrible. So I bought this battery and I wanted them to change it right away. The guy who was changing my battery was inexperienced and he put the wrong battery in my car. He had no idea what he was doing. He did not know what he was doing. He was messing up my battery compartment forcing to put the wrong one. I had to record at this time because I knew he is not qualified. They gave me a discount first but when I challenged them, they took out the discount. The lady at the computer was so rude! After I drove my car for an hr, it was broken and I had to get it towed to the car shop. They found out that the battery was not properly set up. Another unnecessary expenses out of this mess. They never apologized at the store. Zero! I won’t come back at this store and recommend it either.absolute mess!

I wouldn't shop here ever. I don't do business with stores that call customers liars, destroy parts due to the lack of knowledge and sheer laziness.The store employees display an above average lack of customer service and knowledge that you expect to get from a parts store.My advice is find any other parts store.August 14, 2023I wanted to give an update on the situation with the awful experience I had with this store. I reached out to the company and asked for a callback. I received a call from the corporate office and was told that I would be receiving a call from the DM to discuss the issues. That was a week ago. Now during the past week I was contacted via email just wanting to know the store location. I was very hesitant to provide this information to an email, however they refused to assist me if I didn't give them the information. Now keep in mind I had already given the information to the person that called me from the corporate office. I requested again to have a DM contact me. It's been a week since the store employees called me a liar and cooked my lawnmower battery so that it was excessively hot and leaking battery acid. This was supposed to be a warranty exchange as I had only bought the battery 60 days earlier. I still have not received the callback I was supposed to receive and I have a bad battery. This is exactly the level of service that AutoZone has consistently displayed non existent. I will never spend any money in any AutoZone store. If you do, I would highly recommend against that.

Placed a over the phone order for a part and the person who took my call said they ordered it but clearly it was not ordered. Won't be doing business with this particular store again.
