Don’t go here…went to get a new muffler and they were gonna charge me $1800…for just regular stock muffler…there’s nothing Christian about Satan Brothers! They’re not special, that’s why you can get in so fast. Got new exhaust on for $400 at Rays exhaust on Vinceennes St. I’ll be going back to Morton’s Auto for my services! Some of these reviews are definitely fabricated.

Highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive New Albany! I was able to get a next day appointment, the facilities are clean and inviting, staff was always friendly, knowledgeable, and they provided quick and efficient services for a good price!

I cannot recommend CB New Albany enough. We got the run around from 2 other mechanics for 3 weeks for my husband’s car. The first place we took it to said he needed a new transmission, then we took it to a transmission shop, they said it was an electrical issue. We finally made the decision to call Christian Brothers to get an answer. Paul answered the phone immediately and got the car in right away. Within hours the car was diagnosed and fixed, just a simple wiring issue. CB saved us thousands of dollars and did a comprehensive check on the car for any other potential issues. I will use them for any mechanical issues moving forward. Thank you Paul and Brady!

Totally amazed!! I thought I would give them a try and I’m glad I did. My car was in need of a lot of suspension work. I tried several other places and they seem like either they couldn’t do the work or only did it half way in 2 weeks. CBA did the job in one day. They did a full investigation of under the hood & suspension & then sent me a digital report. I needed lower ball joints, sway bars & wheel bearings. I had already had upper control arms and ball joints done, but CBA had to adjust them, they were over tighten smashing the bushing. After picking up my car it was like driving a new car again. I will definitely go back to them, even though some people say they are to expensive but the prices may be a little more than other places but CBA will do the complete job in less time and I got a 3yr or 36000 miles warranty.

After three absolutely abysmal experiences with the service department at the Kia dealer, I made an appointment with Christian Brothers New Albany to diagnose and repair a problem with my fuel system. They were able to find the problem (caused *by the Kia service techs*) and called us with their findings before we even made it back home. My car was fixed in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I were extremely impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness, as well as their friendly staff. I hope it's a very long time before I have to have anything else repaired, but I know where I will be going if I have any future issues with my car. Christian Brothers New Albany has earned a very happy customer.

I took my Land Rover to Christian Brothers, everyone was fantastic, excellent service all the way around. Everyone I met, Paul, Rachel, Brady, Colby, Cameron, they were all exceptional. I would highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive. The Service Advisors were very friendly and professional. I felt that they appreciated me, as a customer. I appreciated the transparency in the way they do business. I was updated throughout the repair process, with findings and recommendations. These findings were backed with photos and video explanations of the needed repairs. No pressure was put on me to do unnecessary or expensive repairs. The repairs were done and my vehicle was ready when it was promised. It was refreshing, to be treated with such respect and concern. I would wholeheartedly recommend them !!
