This like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone.. like for real I was on hold waiting for someone to pick for over an hr an still know one picked up the phone..smh you’ll need to do better..

The hold times to try and get in touch with this store are upwards of 30 minutes. The customer service and level of care is lacking. I would not recommend.

I don’t even want to depend on a medication because this place is so unreliable. Always long waits or some issue. I’m switching to somewhere else.

Don't try to call them. They ignore the phones. For everyone. Doctor's, patients, other pharmacies it doesn't matter who you are they will NOT answer the phone. Huge hassle. This only stands for 1950 State Street in New Albany location not CVS as a whole.

I was on a call with pharmacy for over 30 minutes. No one cared to answer the phone. The phone just kept ringing. Very unprofessional.

This CVS will not answer the phone. I have a question about my rx, and I have been holding for almost an hour, and nobody will answer. this happens every time I try to call. they are forcing people to use their app to check order status, but good luck if you have a question about your meds. The drive thru is just as slow. When I picked up this Rx I spent 30 minutes in line. there were 3 cars in front of me and it took that long to get them through. I guess maybe they are short handed? I wish I could speak to a pharmacist about my medicine

Customer service is the by far the most neglected subject with the staff. Over an hour on hold, and it's like this every month. No matter what time of day. It's time for a new staff!! And training!! OR CLOSE THE SITE!!

This place is a joke. I have a prescription that I get filled every single week and I never can call them and ask about it. I have to drive there which is 20 minutes away because they will never answer the phone due to shortage of staff. which is a bunch of garbage pick the phone up people need their medicine and need to be able to talk to someone about it. I was told by the pharmacy technician Larry that when they’re understaffed that’s the first thing that goes is the telephone they don’t answer it CVS you really need to do something about this problem. This pharmacy is a joke. Telling Kenny refill is in process and not knowing when it'll be done is a major inconvenience. Night shift drive through employees need their attitude checked. Go work someplace else because customer service isn't suitable for y'all.

Least helpful pharmacy around. Never answer the phone. Impossible to get your prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy. A nightmare to deal with. Go literally anywhere else.

If negative stars were a thing this CVS would earn that. My family has had issue after issue with their pharmacy. Our final straw tonight was waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through for a medication for my son. Only to be informed they were out of that medication (cough syrup) and wouldn't have it for a WEEK! NEVER AGAIN will I send a prescription to this store. Do better CVS.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! They never answer the phone! Some of my meds require me to call to fill but if they don’t answer the phone how can I fill them? Yesterday was Sunday they just didn’t open, When I try to transfer to another CVS they said it shows as a new prescription even if it’s a refill so I’m just SOL! Several times when I’ve used the app to fill the meds sit there for 2 days in process because they pharmacist hasn’t checked it! And the houses are incorrect on the app & Google it’s actually 9 wkdays 6 Saturday days

They told me to call the Sellersburg location (after I waited 20 min on hold and had to drive to CVS to get an answer). I called Sellersburg and they don’t have the meds either. My doctor won’t send them to another location- the pharmacy’s have to call each other. Walmart said “We will try to call but that CVS is KNOWN for NOT answering our calls.” What do I do? How do I get my meds?

I want to start by saying that this and the one at the target down the road are awful.Every time I go and get my meds, I'm told "They aren't ready!" I show them on the app and the text that says "You're Rx is ready". I get told I am in the wrong. Constantly, consistently, and RUDELY.On top of that, they have consisty threatened to not give me my Rx. My Ozempic, accutane, and more meds. One day, Lindsey, asked why I seemed so hostile. I told her my issues and was met with "I'll take note of that!"I am going to be transferring to Kroger.
