This is a great place with great people. Had to rent a car after ours was in an accident. They made the whole process painless. Would definitely use them again, hopefully minus the accident to OUR car LOL

Rented a 2023 Hyundai Genesis with all safety bells & whistle. This car will almost drive itself . Keeps in it lane & distance between it and car in front . driver can just relax. Thank you , Conor O'Dea for this experience . Old 77 year old man , with this modern vehicle for 1000 miles of pure pleasure and fun. what a match up !!!!!. His name again is Conor O'Dea. Never be able to put into words how thankful I am for this young man and his dedication to give his customers a great driving experience.

Shockingly un-Enterprise-like. I always rent through Enterprise because they usually mean it when they say, "we'll make it right." And typically any employee can make it right. But I'm renting a car and will be arriving after they close on December 23. I called to confirm they have a drop box to return the car/keys. When I called, I was told if I drop off after they close, I'd be charged for the full day of the 23rd AND the 24th AND the 25th. When I asked for clarification, I was told I'd have to contact the place I rented from to make it right. I asked why this would be and the person on the phone suggested I return it to the airport. When I pointed out this is far away and inconvenient, she repeated I'd be charged and then hung up on me! WTF. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do and how to prevent $400 in extra unfair charges. Blech.

What's the point of a reservation if you don't actually reserve a vehicle for your clients?What's the point of a website if you lie and say cars are available and they are not?What's the point of sending an email that says "Your reservation is confirmed!" if your reservation is not actually confirmed nor is it actually a reservation!

I am very satisfied due to me needing a rental at the last minute. Overall the customer service was great, and punctual. Also the rental was pretty nice most of the trip, and thankful we got to visit family out of town. Will rent from here again.
