I had a package delivered to the wrong door. When I called the customer service number, they never dealt with that particular issue. When I asked to speak to a customer service representative, I was told that I couldn’t do that. And the person on the automated phone line had a very snippy voice.

This is such an easy and convenient way to ship! I was a little confused at first because there are no signs on the outside of the store. I had to look at reviews to confirm that it was inside the Walgreens. A sign would be helpful!

Got in town this past Thursday and needed a quick turnaround on a print job. Sara came in to save the day, and she really eased our worries and delivered on her promise. Was so happy with the final product!

Louis did a great job. I had a ton of issues trying to ship this same computer with UPS and it was crazy easy here!! I will definitely be using fedex in the future.

This place was phenomenal. They are efficient and professional. Louis was extremely helpful for me as I had had some issues with my poster prior to arriving intown for my conference at the convention center. They were able to get me poster printed and my corrections in time for me to get it posted. I would highly recommend going to them for your printing needs ! The prices are very reasonable!

Not a pleasant experience at all. "they just suck" came from my friend when I asked how to word what I wanted to say.

I went in tonight to get help printing documents from a disk. Damon was more interested in chatting with his co-workers than in helping me. I asked for assistance with the computers, he seemed to take personal affront at the fact I was unfamiliar with how they worked. I use apple products at my office, and they couldn't open the disk I had. They couldn't open the disk either, after I asked Damon twice for assistance. Upshot- I won't be back anytime soon.

Dropoff box is always rude and never says a word to me, even though I've used this location at least a dozen times. I've gone out of my way to start a conversation but it just ignores me. Does no one care about customer service anymore?

Two part story. Part 1 This is a large facility in Louisville. A mid-major market. When I came in the first day (a Friday morning) to have some three part copies made and to overnight a FedEx letter, I was surprised to find only 1 person working the entire store. The girl who was working was very nice and helpful. My print job was promised to be finished that evening so picking it up first thing the next morning would be no problem. Which was good because I had to be at an exhibition at 9am and the store opens Saturday at 8am. Should be perfect timing.... Part 2 I arrived at 8am the next morning the store was closed. I called... No answer.... I waited. Nobody home. I hung out until 8:30 and finally had to leave. I was not only late for my event but also had to attend without the paperwork I needed for the day. FedEx office is billed as a "business center" but business has deadlines and we operate on schedules..... This is unacceptable. Sure, people have emergencies and transportation issues.... But a store this size in a downtown urban setting needs more than one person at all times. I have never seen less than 6 employees at the FedEx office in my hometown. This ended up being a very costly situation for me and my business. :-(

I was attending a convention nearby and I needed to ship a package to a couple friends. Now, the hotel I was in had a UPS store - which is great! Problem: it was Sunday afternoon and they were closed. Fortunately this Fedex location was a hop, skip and a jump from the Galt House hotel so I took a walk cover to ship my boxes. Coming form New York City, I have to say this Fedex location was cavernous compared to the ones I'm used to. This looked like a warehouse dedicated to printing and shipping! The store was very clean, brightly lit and well organized. The staff member who helped me was extremely helpful. He helped pack up my boxes, wrapped up the items inside and helped me check out very quickly. Afterward he gave my friends and I some great advice on nearby places he enjoys eating and hanging out. Always listen to the locals, I say! Fedex is not cheap, but it wasn't crazy expensive either. The key was these guys were open for shipping when no one else was. Kudos for great service and life saving hours.

Yeah, this is probably not the best FedEx Office out there but the person that helped me out was pretty great. As others have noted, the space is rather odd - long and narrow and not a lot of equipment to use. My guess is that the majority of their business comes from the convention center across the street. Anyway, I needed to print out a document, sign it and email it back to someone - very 2008, I know. The first person that came by wasn't helpful at all and wandered away after 30 seconds. Fortunately one of the other employees stepped up and went out of her way to help me out. Problem solved, document signed and sent, all for less than $1. (Again, the person I worked with was amazing but that did not appear to be typical as most of the employees seemed to be avoiding human interaction).

I got in and finished my business at a self serve station The price was a little too high. $2.19 for the first fax and $2 a page after that? That's a rip off but I had no where else to go.

Friendly service. Sent 5 documents to be blown up to poster size in a short time frame even though they were busy with a convention order. They got the order done early!
