Goodwill Store in Southern Indiana offers a mixed shopping experience. The store is generally clean and well-organized, with a good selection of items that are often well stocked. Many customers find the staff friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, prices can be high compared to other locations, with some items costing more despite being donated. Customers have noted that prices on certain items, like baby sleepers, are significantly higher than at nearby stores. The checkout experience varies; some staff are friendly and attentive, while others are less welcoming and do not greet or assist shoppers during checkout. There is also frustration expressed over the lack of senior and veteran discounts, which some feel would make shopping more fair and enjoyable. Overall, the store has a good selection and friendly staff but is sometimes seen as pricey and inconsistent in customer service.
This is the one i frequent the most often. The location is near some nice neighborhoods so they have decent stuff. The staff are always super friendly. Goodwill in general is not one of my favorite thrift stores but for game day clothes, I find lots of school/team variety here.

There is no dressing room to try on clothes to see if they fit. You have to go home and try them on and pray that you bought them close by to return them if they don't

it’s a typical Goodwill, which is always hit and miss and a mixed bag of pros and con. Their prices are steep on certain items which is wild for a secondhand store selling donations.
