Goodwill Store in Southern Indiana offers a mixed shopping experience. The store is generally clean and well-organized, with a good selection of items that are often well stocked. Many customers find the staff friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, prices can be high compared to other locations, with some items costing more despite being donated. Customers have noted that prices on certain items, like baby sleepers, are significantly higher than at nearby stores. The checkout experience varies; some staff are friendly and attentive, while others are less welcoming and do not greet or assist shoppers during checkout. There is also frustration expressed over the lack of senior and veteran discounts, which some feel would make shopping more fair and enjoyable. Overall, the store has a good selection and friendly staff but is sometimes seen as pricey and inconsistent in customer service.

Store always smells and rarely has anything good. Managers request certain brands to be unreasonably up priced. They price basic used Nike shirts at 6.99 and stained silver jeans for 14.99. Their quality checking is awful and it seems like they put out a lot of SHEIN and thin Glidan shirts.

Doesn't do color weekly discounts. Some stuff is great bargain, some stuff way overpriced. Store is clean, organized and well staffed. Great quality finds and employees really care about taking care of the items and customers
