Got my hair scissor cut by Cassie. Looked at my notes, asked a few more questions for clarification on what I was wanting, offered some suggestions and did a great job overall. A great conversationalist too to help put anybody at ease. Thank you!

I will NEVER go here again! The experience I encountered is exactly why I always let my hair grow out so long. It's because I'm terrified of how it'll turn out from the person cutting✂️it! I'm a little confused by receipt on who actually cut my hair because me & my husband both got ours cut. So it was either Julie or Caroline. I just know I was in the first seat to the right soon as you walk in(so which ever one usually cuts there)! Let me just get to my reasonings now. 1st of all..it literally took her MAYBE 5mins total from start to finish..I was literally done before my husband & he was just getting a trim..I, however, was getting every bit of 10inches or more cut off! 2nd of all..before she started..I had showed her about 3 or 4 photos of how I wanted my hair to turn out(which I will provide pics below)! My hair doesn't even come close. I stressed I wanted layers & I didn't even get that. I wanted the length of my hair to be below my shoulders(just like the photos)but it ended up being to my shoulders & up. So now I can barely even make a ponytail! I also wanted it a little shorter in the back, while slightly longer in the front. Its all literally one length! Then the worst part of all, is when I got home, & could finally see all of it(because I wasn't even given the option to view the back of it), I literally found about a group of 15 hairs or so..that was the same length as it was BEFORE I even got my hair cut! So you can only imagine how furious I was after just paying $46(tip included)..to find out all of that! I would've posted a pic of my hair now but i don't have anyone to take one for me and I can't get a good one by myself!

App said 15-minute wait when I checked in, but after 30 minutes I was still sitting there while the stylist was folding laundry (even though I was the only person waiting for a haircut). I don't recommend this location.

Very rude. Bad haircut and a smartass. I am just in town for a hospital thing and a little stressed. I couldn't remember my cut number, and the info in the system didn't cross over. She treated me like an idiot. Condescending attitude just stung a little too much.

Signed in on line, there were 6 in the store. We check in with 5. Showed up over 30 min early. I saw as the last list grew to over 75 min. Saw new appt. Being made. Watched as finally it was our turn. Then saw a customer be call up before us, when I watched the name show up after ours. 2 stylist in on the day we arrived. Frusturating to be in the store for over an hour and watch people who checked in online after us, walk in after us, then be cared for before us. There is ABSOLUTLY NO REASON I CAN SEE THIS AS ACCEPTABLE. We where there with 3 little kids for over an hrs, thays a mission in itself. Then for this to happen.... never again. We'll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Normally I come in and get a 3/4ths buzz cut last month I came in and got something different (a fade) yesterday I went in and got a hair cut asked for the buzz cut I normally get and she asked if she could cut the top with scissors I don’t know why she asked but I said ok and I don’t even know what haircut I got it’s not even a buzz cut and there is still a lot of hair left the front end comes up to a triangle I’m so ashamed of my hair I wear a hat when I go out now and I was charged 18$ I want to go back but I’m afraid it would be messed up again(Update never got a call back from the store owner)

I loved my visit at Great Clips. I won’t go anywhere else. I receive great customer service always. Julie usually cuts my hair because of my preference but I have been with the other hair techs at times and I have never had a bad haircut. I love the coupons too. ❤️
