“The gym is always clean. Have supplies to clean the machines after you lift. The other gym members are nice, polite, friendly, not your typical "gym bro's".Has everything you need from free weights, to machines and even cross fit.”

“I absolutely loved it here. CrossFit can be intimidating for a newbie like me who hasn’t done anything like that before but the coaches and members were so friendly and encouraging! The on-ramp sessions were crucial for me! Case is so patient and knowledgeable, he made me feel so much better prepared for my first class. Logan is another awesome coach who made me feel welcome and motivated even at 6am! I would encourage anyone to try this place out. I am so sad that I am moving and won’t be able to attend classes here anymore but I’m so grateful to have seen how great the CrossFit experience can be!”
