One star is too good for Home Depot.I have a Ryobi cordless tool that is practically new and doesn't work.Replacement denied.I was giving a phone number to call that does not work.I don't get a paycheck from Home Depot so why should I be doing the calling ?No military discount.They say they have a military discount but they don't give a military discount.I suggest stay away from that store cuz you going to walk out mad every time.

There's something wrong with their payment processing. I was charged 3 times for a single purchase. A month ago I was charged twice for a purchase. I've called, but haven't received answers or help.

We have expended many dollars at this store, I have been busy remodeling the house. Today I went to get some plywood. I asked a blonde female employee to help me to get some one to cut it. She refused, because she work in a different department. She show my her apron with the department written on it. “Great help”. I may have an Spanish accent, but I am a professional (MD). Maybe she have a problem with people with accents, but she understood well my accent. Or she may be plain racist. Then the employee that show up did not have something to measure, neither a pencil or safety glasses. I understand that the cut are not perfect, so I always give a 1/4 inch off. The plywood was cut off for more than 1/2 inch. I don not think he is happy working there. Maybe this 2 persons are not happy working on weekends. I am not sorry for them as for almost 40 years I was “ON” 24-7-365. The store need more education on how to use the equipment, and in relations with the public/racism. Thanks.

I think that it's worth noting that during the age of COVID its such a real bonus to shop on the site and select a time for pickup and the good people at Home Depot will place your order in the trunk of your car. No one on one contact, no risk of COVID, for some of us with medical issues (cancer) that's a blessing. Thank you Home Depot

If you are looking at getting a countertop made and installed, I would warn you that Home Depot uses a sub contractor called Design in Stone which is a division of Cardinal Kitchen. The measuring dates are pushed back and even if they give you a installation date, expect that it will get pushed back and you will wait 6-7 weeks for a countertop. That may work for you but I don't have a countertop at all and so this has created a very big problem for me. I called to talk to Home Depot and they don't care, they just push you off on Design in Stone. Of course, their take is that THIS IS STANDARD. Funny how it was never communicated as STANDARD delivery time before they had FULL PAYMENT (which they require before they take your order). NOW you know why. Because you would cancel your order if they told you the truth before they got your money.

This is the second time this week that Home Depot basically accused me of stealing. 1st time was in the rental department. I rented a wood chipper that wouldn't chip. Took back and told the rental cashier and his comment was I hope you got everything done I'll cancel the rental. Cant believe it. I also rented a chain saw so if I was finished don't you think I would return the chain saw too. Now today I went though the self check purchasing a echo chainsaw, yard sprayer and some small items. Total of $452. The lady watched me scan each item like a hawk, not a problem but and I was finished paying for the items she requested to see my receipt. Wasn't nice about it at all. If you don't trust people checking themselves out why have self checkout???? Brent

They didn't have several items I needed and keyed three keys wrong. I was not incredibly impressed with those issues. I did pick up a big collection of cheap ornaments for my work Christmas tree and a nice nutcracker.

This store usually has what I need, priced reasonably. The staff are usually helpful and the checkout lines move fast. I'd say this store is on par with other Home Depot stores in this area.

Please!!!! If you do not want to do your job find a new one! (Paint Department) instead of saying that another department is wrong and that you will have a "discussion" with them to them to tell them that they are wrong but yet to find out that they were right and still made the costumers feel like an inconvenience. Just get a new job. Not in costumer service!

Four phone calls from work to try to buy a washer that was advertised able to be delivered by Saturday so I didn't have to take a day off work. Could not get anyone to answer basic questions and each time I got the impression I was an imposition. Very poor customer service. Bought at Best Buy instead.
