Home Depot has been our go-to place for many years for many home renovation projects, and overall I have been pleased, but they really dropped the ball on a carpet installation.
Their installers refused to do our project after Home Depot had measured the project and we'd ordered and paid for the pad and carpet. The reason was that they would have had to use an extension cord for part of the area if the cords on their equipment were not long enough.
Ideally, I would like for someone at the New Albany store to intervene in this matter, but I doubt that will happen. Their installers' refusal to do this project is really putting us in a bind.

I have interviewed 2x at this place and informed on application and phone interview about my availability and still when I went in my time was wasted because they did not even bother to look. When interviews were complete they ask if open availability is good, I put my availability on my application NO its not okay.
