I'm very disturbed, when you guys mark down paint, you could at least put the correct color on the top of the lid, I bought a gallon of paint, marked peach, get it home and it's a mauve color pink!!! What's more disturbing, this has happened more than once, and I can't get a refund for paint that's marked down! You need better eye glasses, so you'd clearly see peach and mauve aren't at all similar, you wasted my time and money

Friendly service. Nice plants, inside and out plants are very healthy. Often find great end of season savings. Large seed assortment and nice planting containers. Easy in and out. Reasonably priced home items.

Great store to find the tools, materials and appliances you are looking for. Horrible service when it comes to employment. Applied for several different positions here that are available through several employment media services that are not available. When I called to inquire about my applications I was greeted with rude service and told that I cannot read properly. This place is a joke.

I have normally had good interactions at this location but recently i ordered a dishwasher with an install kit to be delivered. We had to reschedule the delivery. Im wasnt mad about the reschedule, they didnt have the install kit i ordered on the truck, the driver was very sympathetic and apologized for the inconvenience i started getting frustrated when i had to call 2 times to get it rescheduled because they said they would call me later the day the original delivery was supposed to take place and never did. Once i finally got it rescheduled (took two extra weeks to arrive) and they delivered it to the house my wife said they were very rude and condescending towards her whenever she asked if they had install kit. The delivery man told her it was in the dishwasher "like every other dishwasher" i was mad at this but decided to let it go. I travel a lot for work and havent been home plus i had to add a breaker and recepticle for the machine so i didnt look inside the machine immediately. Once i opened the dishwasher i noticed there was still no install kit. So now im out my money and have to buy another kit. I would reccomend just picking up your equipment.

Bad frustrating situation finally corrected and handled by Store Manager. Long story short, we purchased quartz countertops through Home Depot. Home depot obviously contracts out the work. Had a horrible experience with the contracted company (Designs In Stone) with delaying the install several times to screwing up the actual install and even installing two different thickness in stone. Do not use them!! After the install I spoke with James in Home Depot countertops, who we purchased them from, and he was very understanding and helped escalate the situation to management after collecting out statement and pictures. Finally got call from department manager who was not helpful and had poor customer service (Not going to go into that further as it was later handled). Finally got to speak with store manager Chris. Solid manager who truly took the time to understand our issue and frustration. He legitimately wanted to handle all the many problems that happened during our experience. He truly turned a bad negative experience into a 5 star review. Thank you Store Manager Chris, job well done!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible delivery service. Completely awful experience. Very, very rude and unhelpful store associates. Especially a supposed Customer Experience Manager.I went to the store, ordered an appliance, and set up delivery. The day it was supposed to be delivered, they never showed. Got a call at 8pm that they weren't going to deliver it. Rescheduled delivery for 2 days later. Then, I got an email that it was going to be delivered 5 days later. On a day that we were not available. Called the store to sort it out. Was told if we didn't take delivery on the day they scheduled, it would be a month before we would receive the appliance. We decided to cancel the order. Once we canceled the order, it took many, many phone calls, and an entire month before we received the refund. The people at the store are completely unhelpful. They kept making up excuses and giving me the run around. Ended up calling the corporate customer service line. They were slightly more helpful. I had to keep asking for surpervisors before I would get any answers. Eventually, I got transferred to the Resolutions Department. They finally got me the refund.I will drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes to go to Menards or Lowes. I am not going to step foot in Home Depot again.

We went to Home Depot in New Albany Indiana a few weeks ago. We go there often for needed supplies. On this trip we ordered flooring and wood. We paid to have our stuff delivered. Usually Home Depot calls the day before our delivery is due to coordinate the logistics of where to drop stuff off. On the due date we never received a call, so we called to check to see the time they would arrive. Customer service said they had to switch our delivery date. We said ok, even though it was an inconvenience. It was changed to the following Friday. Friday came and we received no call. So we called Customer service again and they said the order was cancelled and our money was refunded. It was done without our knowledge. We have projects needing those supplies asap. We were caught off guard. Now we have to scramble to go somewhere else. This is not a good way to treat loyal paying customers.
