I love living here. But my neighbors on the bottom floor have all kinds of animals and my whole building reeks of urine/ pneumonia.. you walk in the door it literally burns you in the eyes, I’m on the 3rd floor they are on the first. It’s soooo strong, I keep my apartment clean and smelling good. But the second I open my front door it’s an overpowering smell of piss. I’m not the only person with children in our apartment building either. Completely unacceptable. Their lease should be terminated , been like this for months and it’s UNBEARABLE now.

I think Im going on 8-9years
When it comes work orders
Maintenance is on top
But one time.front office is very organized and ready to help you thank you office staff and maintenance.
Only thing is those front entrance to apartment could really use upgrades. Especially in the winter it's cold the doors won't stay close.

My daughters boyfriend lives there looks like a nice place but I don't know if it's expensive or how thin walls are but it is aesthetically pleasing and close to state street and the interstate to go across the bridge

I lived here for a few years. Cars were broken into and robbed many times. Crackhead neighbors trying to climb up balconies into your apartment. This was a crazy place to live and hands down one of the worst places I've ever lived in my entire life. They will never leave you alone. I wish I never moved into this place. Over 5 years later and I still cringe thinking of my experiences there.

I relocated here over a year ago and recently signed my next lease for another full year. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The office staff; Karen, Keaton and Nate genuinely care about the residents and take time to listen. Special events such as cookouts, donut trucks with coffee and various fruit options are provided to residents. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond, courtesy, careful and respectful. I love my neighbors and feel safe. We're like a little family community here with great amenities. Oh and did I mention, the grounds are kept well maintained and beautiful with spectacular views! Also, most common to see are neighbors out walking fur babes (or furless, just please pick up the poo with the numerous bag and waste disposals freely provided all over the picturesque property)! Proud to call this place HOME!

This is a great apartment for the price! Lots of space, and we had new carpets and flooring when we moved in. The fitness room is nicer and bigger than most other apartments. There is a little smell of weed from time to time from our neighbors, but other than that, can’t find a better apartment for the price.

Office staff and maintenance are very responsive. Units are spacious, and the rent is reasonable for the area.
