I started bringing my cars here after Big O on State Street lost my trust. And I couldn't be more happy with the service I've received. I've found Mike's prices are much better than Big O, and they really try to inform you on their products.
Last time I brought my civic there they pulled a dent in the rear bumper and fixed a front headlight, without my asking and with no charge.

Very rare that you go to a mechanic and they charge you LESS than the estimate. The reason? "We got the job done faster than we expected, which saved you money on labor."

I was referred here with high recommendation and expected a lot honestly. I am very disappointed. I got $945 worth of work done on my vehicle. The second I left my wheels and brakes made god awful noises which they could hear from my car down the road! Went in again it was fixed. I was just driving down Paoli Pike and just used my brand new windshield wipers maybe for the 3rd time since getting all this work done (JUST LAST WEEK) and the right one flew off onto the road! This is ridiculous!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

My wife has gone MSF for years and now every time she takes her car in they try to sell her into doing other services... we know the tread is getting low on the tires, but we just want the oil changed! Recently, my son took his car in to have the AC serviced. Apparently there was some confusion because what was initially $350 became $1,559. I don't question the need for the extra parts and service but when a kid is the customer I would get some kind of formal quote especially when the car isn't worth $1500 and it turns into a "he said she said" situation. On the bright side my wife and her family aren't taking their vehicles there any longer so I don't have to deal with these rude people, what used to be a very good establishment has now become sketchy.Services: General repairs & maintenance
