Bottom line if you gave a loved one that needs life saving meds DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service, never answer the phone, workers are always angry, they refill the wrong prescriptions after you explicitly say what you need, the texting system doesn’t work. On hold for hours just to be transferred and on hold again.

My doc prescribed medication to me over a week ago and they still don’t have it and have horrible communication on if I can use another brand:option. My new “part time job” has been trying to get my medication as they never answer the phone and our also unhelpful in person. I have 12 emails going back and forth with my medical provider trying to get this medication. I’m done with CVS.

CVS is fine for shopping but if you need your prescription filled in a timely manner you might try somewhere else. Often popular drugs such as Adderall, synthroid, and painkillers are often not available because they have run out. Also be careful if you buy vitamins there because they might be out of date. They have sales but again watch your dates.

We recently moved to the area and decided to make this our pharmacy, despite the terrible reviews. That was a mistake. We haven't been here a single time without having an issue with the pharmacy. They have messed my wife's refills up every single time, and always blame it on her doctor, despite the doctor showing my wife the correct written prescription each time. Most recently, I was scolded by the person at the pharmacy register for trying to pay for a bottle of Dayquil at the same time as my prescription, so I had to go to the front and do a separate checkout for one item. Won't be going to this location again.

I always use the pharmacy. I have two young boys in daycare who are constantly sick with something. I rarely get great service but when I do I like to leave a review. Thank you so much to Nathan who helped me in the pharmacy drive thru August 20. You showed compassion and you don’t see that EVER. Had a smile on his face, explained what he had to do with the medication, was exceptionally fast because my baby was crying in the backseat. Bless you!

Tierney Mull (The Lead Pharmacist) who works in pharmacy is completely terrible when it comes to customer service. She is not willing to help and provide customers with the best of service and making sure customers are satisfied with their visit here. Having her as the manager is a terrible decision made. Other employees in the pharmacy department was happy to help but Tierney made me seem like I was an inconvenience. I will definitely be calling corporate and making sure something is done with her because she should not be in a place that involves helping people if she is not a people person.

WORST PHARMACY IN SOUTHERN INDIANA!!! They're district manager has too have seen these reviews and hasn't done anything too better this store. They never answer the phone, shocker right? Not really considering all the other reviews.... The staff is rude and struggle too find my prescription every single time. They treat you like you're the problem and the fact that they don't know how too do they're job isn't the problem. AVOID at all cost! Save yourself the stress!

I love this CVS the front of store staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful
Always ready to help you. However I don't get prescriptions filled here so I can not rate the pharmacy area.

Wow, my 2 stars are above average !
Two trips to this pharmacy, and I'm already changing. Will find a local pharmacy with people who know basic customer service.

Worse pharmacy. Always have to wait 20-30 min in drive threw, staff is beyond unfriendly/unhelpful and they are always out of stuff. By the time they get it in, the illness is over.
Update: 4 years later……. I use them because my insurance sends me to cvs, but i have new insurance that will not be active for two more weeks, i asked The pharmacy to use good rx which made my prescriptions half the price, i heard Pharmacist mull say to the tech “we cannot be doing this, takes too long and we already under staffed” umm excuse me, that’s not my problem, what is my problem, is paying more than i need to because u don’t want to bother. The good rx was supposed to already be saved in the system to start with. The pharmacist here has always been a big B.
Nobody ever smiles or looks happy, they need a major revamp of workers.
Oh and they still do not answer the phone, u have to go up there and tell them what u want and then go back later to pickup. It’s a joke.
Mrs mull needs a new job.

Will not accept discount cards for pet prescriptions. Does not matter if the discount card is pet specific or the prescription is for a human medication. Highly recommend shopping around, as I’m doing.
