I have a 2010 Focus, did not remove stains and still a lot of dirt …including a before and after. Is this normal? ThanksThank you for reaching out to fix this.I still think about this detail that cost $235 but didn't remove stains, didn't clean the cup holders or gear shift, the trunk and door jams were still dirty... I bought the car used and for $235 I expected it to look new to me. I hate to leave such a bad review for an obviously small business, but I still think about this every day and don't know how to delete my whole review. Maybe this will help someone else that's on a budget like me. There's one guy that I talked to who was nice and I don't want to hurt their passion, but this company ripped me off so bad. They probably have customers with clean cars to begin with and a simple maintenance clean and wax is all they ever need but this is not the place for older cars with years of build up and getting charged $235 for my little car... I'm still so disappointed that I paid so much and for such a terrible job. The before and after are hardly different. They did reach out right away and try to fix the issue but I'm not the kind of person to trust a business that left my car like that and still charged me the highest any detail would ever cost. I expected my car to look brand new but I still looks the same and I still look at the stains every time I take my floor mats out to vacuum. I'm saving up for a new car now so I'll get over this eventually but I couldn't leave a 5 star review just for them having reached out and being polite. They did a bad job and I'm still hurt over it.Service: Auto detailing

Took my wife’s Mazda 3 in this week. I made the appointment over the phone a week before.First, upon dropping the car off, he really had no idea we had an appointment. He stated he remembered seeing it on a napkin. I received the online confirmation two hours after I dropped the car off.When I made the appointment, I asked for an estimate. I was quoted $150-$250 based on how bad the car was inside and out.The inside of the car was pretty clean, with the exception of a stain on the seat I asked them to address. I stated I was really wanting a basic detail inside and the ceramic wax outside.We picked up the car the following day, per our request. The inside looked nice and clean. The ceramic wax job was ok. I’ve seen this before and can say, I’ve been better looking outcomes.The trim on the car wasn’t touched, the rims were somewhat cleaned, but for what they wanted to charge, everything should have been top notch.Regarding the final cost, recalling the original quote, I was told the final cost was $325. I told them I was quoted $150-$250 depending on the car. So of course, they went with the $250.To compare, I have a 2017 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler Sport. Big car. I asked about just a wash and wax and was told $130. Somehow, a Mazda 3 was $325. Who knows???Overall, they did an ok job. Seemed unorganized and extremely overpriced. We brought our 2008 Honda Van to Martin and he did a great job top to bottom and inside and out! I feel like I am driving a brand new van. It smells great and is very clean. He restored the headlight covers to look brand new! I love the job he did and would go back to MiraCal. We took our vehicle to have an interior detailing done. The team at MiraCal auto detailing took great care of it and the results were above and beyond expectations. They were very professional and had our vehicle done in a timely manner. I would highly reccomend them for any work inside and out of your vehicle if you are looking for great detailing at a great price!

Honestly will never give my business to this company again. They 110% screwed me over. I brought my car in for detailing just to have coats of wax put on my car and not even buffed properly. Their customer service was horrible, not even close to being apologetic or offering to find a solution to fix the problem. I was simply told “well this is what you wanted” and then was laughed at. If I could have rated this company a zero I would have. Do NOT bring your car or any service here!!!!

Martin did an amazing job on my 2014 Ford Escape. Had tons of dog hair that was super difficult to get out but he did a great job making sure all of it was gone. Overall very satisfied with the result and great costumer service!

Martin did an amazing job on my husbands 2008 Dodge Charger. With it being an older car, I didn't think it would be able to look like new but it did. He was able to clean it up and make it look great. We will be back for sure!

Martin did an excellent job on my car. I have a dog with long white hair that sheds like crazy and was all over my car and stuck in the fibers on the floor and floor mats. When I got my car back there was no sign of a dog ever being in my car. I was shocked. I highly recommend MiraCal Auto Detailing.

Martin worked overtime on my car interior, to get years of dirt, grime and embedded dog hair out. My car feels like new now, and I really needed that change in my life. I could never have gotten my car this deeply clean, even if I tried til I cried, it would still never get it this clean. I know it wasn't easy, and I'm so appreciative of his hard work.

Brought my Redline Equinox in to Martin today and he cleaned and shined it up to make it look brand new again! Fantastic service all around. Highly recommended 10/10
