Always friendly. If there are issues, and who doesn’t have issues, they are very prompt and professional in getting things resolved. From Reception to Audiologist, I could not ask for better people to handle my hearing and hearing aid requirements

not at all sure the new tech or what he is knows his job, My hearing aid was worse when I came out then when I went in to have it fixed. He just wanted to have it sent off for someone else to fix it and I would have to pay for it.Ann who use to work there seemed to know what she was doing this guy told me he did things his way well ppppppppppppp to you I told them I wouldn't be back so Zack can see I do things my way.

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience !My husband was told that his hearing aids were paid 100% i asked if they were sure they were in our network they said yes and this was for the most expensive ones over $7000 we get the check in the mail and it was for $2200 . They were out of our network! Remind you i asked! I call Miracle Ear and the lady said that they had 3 different hearing aids that we could get made an appointment for the next morning went in and they had NO not even the cheapest one for what the check was for! I would not recommend them! They had the nerve to tell me i needed to call and talk with the ins. company I was not the one that talked to the ins. company to verify what they would pay so how was i to call the ins company and say what was said? They should have automatically called the ins company!VERY VERY UPSET!

These people are out to take your money, they will sell you the most expensive hearing aid they can, whether you need it or not, do not trust this guy Blake Ehret, he is just a sales man, not a true professional wanting to find the hearing aid you actually need, I bought the most expensive model because he said that is what I needed, could have got by with much less
