Very clean and friendly. We had a group of 5 for pedicures and they was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. Priced fair and was not rushed. Definitely would recommend!!!

Price change over the phone was 20$ cheaper than what they asked after job was done. My feet soaked in a plastic liner, once was done was drained but never got changed. Water was filled up in the old bag. I got foot fungus and an infected toe nail. Kids running wild and screaming , looked like a babysitting service was going on. NOT PROFESSIONAL !! Very disappointed and will never return !!

hey guys. I went in here recently and all I wanted was a regular pedi, no gel or anything. the woman did one thin coat of white and it was lumpy and thin and horrible. I then had to ask the guy doing my friend's nails to redo the one obviously horrible lumpy toe because I didn't wanna be annoying and ask him to redo the whole thing... the woman who did my nails heard this entire exchange while doing another persons nails and just stared, not offering to come fix or even an apology. he redid my big toe and noticed that every other toe was SO horribly painted that he redid the entire thing... waste of time and money. still looked horrible redone and I just gave up. there are better salons nearby (ex: gem nails). I wish I didn't trust a new place. :/ please don't go here.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was in such pain that I didn’t want anyone else to experience what I did. I went on Monday to get a full set done because I’ve been here before and I was treated well. This time was different. I believe my nail tech’s name was Michael? He sat in the very back close to the restrooms. He was nice. However close to the beginning of the process when he was manually filing my nails, he sliced my skin open and my finger started to bleed pretty bad. He never commented on it or said sorry, nothing. He actually didn’t have me wash my hands until the very end of the process which is different from every other time I’ve had this done. Anyway, I got the full set and went home. Later that night my pinky finger started throbbing. I thought maybe it was just because I hadn’t gotten nails in awhile but it continued all night long and when I woke up my finger was dark red and swollen. My nail was extremely tender to the touch. I knew I had to get the acrylic off but I didn’t want to go back to the people that did this to me in the first place, so I soaked it at home in acetone. The pain was so unreal I thought for sure my real nail had trauma from the manicure the day before. I was certain and still am. After two hours, I finally got the acrylic off and realized my nail had been drilled down too far and the bed of my nail was exposed causing sharp pain and too tender to touch. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of getting acrylics. The pain was so terrible that I’ll never get fake nails again. I would have gone back to get my money back but I don’t live in the area to return and ask for a refund. I would like the add that using a drill to file the nail is never a good idea on natural nails and it always seems like they do this to get the job done the fastest way possible; However, on this particular day they weren’t busy at all. The techs should be much more vigilant with clients and take their time because if they don’t they can really hurt someone just like me. I hope they take this review into consideration and make changes. Especially since I paid $80 for a bad manicure.

I am always recommending this nail salon to my friends. I have been here several times and it has always been my go-to pedicure salon. However, this last visit my daughter and I got a Mani and Pedi. We were with friends doing the same. I was told $35 and $45. In the end, the older lady took advantage of me and charged me $57 instead of the $45. Beware ladies of being overcharged and taken advantage of. I wish I would have caught on. I wouldn't have left an extra tip.

I’ve always had a positive experience at Pretty Nails. Both my manicure and pedicure have looked great after getting them done. They are also friendly, polite and accommodating. It’s refreshing not having to worry whether my nails will look good.

They are the very best nail salon I know. Leah is my favorite & does a beautiful job each time she does my nails. I had a Pedicure & Acrylic Nails put on. Idk the name of the lady who did my Pedicure, but she was great today as well.
