Tim Herman, who works at your New Albany locale, is quite simply the EPITOME of Customer Service. He is patient, knowledgeable and quite informative. He answered all my questions in great detail. I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything. He enjoys his work and it shows in his actions. I switched from AT&T and he made the process seamless and stress free!! My experience purchasing cell phones, watches and a tablet was wonderful and that is ALL because of Tim. He sets the bar for Customer Service. I will tell my friends and family to see Tim Herman before purchasing a new cellphone. T-Mobile is a better company simply because Tim works for you. He is clearly deserving of much more than a mere "pat on the back!"

I wish there was a way to give a 0 because it wasn't even worth 1 star! Slow service, not first come first serve. Waited an hour and several people who had come in way after me were attended to before me meanwhile 2 of the people that worked there were too busy on their phone to help anyone else. Very disorganized and very poor customer service

My Brother was having trouble with the phone I bought for him in Louisville at another T-mobile. Thought they could help us? How wrong we were! The gentleman at the store said he could not look up the sales receipt via the account ph#. Which is not true,what so ever. Guess it was not his day to work? He was under-whelming and not willing to do his job. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a T-mobile.Ended up going back across the bridge, to my T-mobile on Preston, they outperformed the New Albany store and got the phone reset. It amazes me how much an employee can accomplish if they are motivated. Steer clear of this store if you want CS.

I haven't had to go to a physical store in a long time but Damon made my experience there great. He got my new phones hooked up quickly and helped me work out down payment options to keep my bill where I wanted it.

Great experience at New Albany T-Mobile. I received immediate assistance switching to T-Mobile from another carrier. Ashlyn was thorough and professional taking care of all the details and advising me of the best options and rebates.

This particular visit I wasn't acknowledged for 40 minutes. 3 customers ahead of me that they were helping and I had to wait 40 mins.

LIES LIES LIES! That’s all this company does is LIE, the manager has done nothing but bare face lie to me over and over again. I’ve had nothing but trouble from this place since day one, I’ve asked over and over to speak with the district manager to resolve some issue’s, And he’s avoided any contact with me period. As ac first responder and combat veteran I would expect better treatment, I guess they don’t care who they lie to or take advantage of! SHAME SHAME SHAME on T-Mobile!
