“On Saturday, 3/8 I visited the State Street location to have a tire looked at that was leaking air. To make a long story short, the wrong tire was repaired that day. When I took my car back on Tuesday 3/12, employee Mike Edwards remembered me from Saturday and when I told him I believe the wrong tire was repaired, he apologized and told me he would get the correct tire fixed, free of charge and get me out of there as soon as possible. Well, Mike held to his word and even took it 1 step further. I had to have a whole tire replaced on Tuesday, where as on Saturday it was only a leak repaired. Mike never once flinched on the price difference and got my tire fixed within 20 minutes, free of charge. The customer service that I experienced with Mike at the State Street location is one that I won’t forget. Thank you Big O and Mike! ?”

I do realize that I called day of but if same day service isn't possible tell me when I call. Also the seat was all jacked up. I still haven't gotten it back how I had it. And lastly someone put dirty hands on the front passenger seat so I need to find something to get that clean.”
