“Brought my car in there as I was sick of multiple mechanics telling me that the brakes where fine. I felt like I was driving a bus they were so loud. They inspected the brakes, and agreed, I needed new brakes AND rotors. They replaced the same day I dropped it by, and the vehicle is amazing again. A+++ Service. I highly recommend SMI to others!”

“My windshield wipers quit working the other day and I took my car to Etscorn Auto Shop and I was surprised how quickly they got me in! Josh was amazing and easy to work with and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on with my car. The parts I needed weren’t going to be in until the next morning and he let me know before 10am what all was going on. The price was more than fair and I will definitely be going back to them for any future car maintenance!”

“I recently had an excellent experience at tire discounters on Shelbyville Road near Arby’s in Texas roadhouse. They did not have my tire size in stock but were able to get it within 90 minutes having it delivered by Uber from a tire wholesaler. I was under time constraint because my daughter needed to pick up her kids so they assigned two mechanics to replace the tires and do a full alignment on my car and have it out on time. Outstanding service. Because I bought Michelin tires I qualified for $100 discount one year of wheel alignment and a free synthetic oil change within the next 90 days”
“They were awesome. Stopped by on a whim to see about getting 2 tires that had me in a pinch. They didn't have the right size onsite and originally said would be the next day. Great customer service, because my guy pulled a Rabbit out of his hat for me and had 2 Great quality tires brought over from warehouse and put on the rims for me same day within an hour and a half! Much appreciated!”

“Typically, it's hard for me to schedule maintenance. But this location was able to fit me in immediately and take care of several problems and requests that I had pricing was fair. Not the best in town. But not the worst quote I received either, work was done in a timely manner , and everything seems to be working properly now”

“If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely amazing! They are understandingly and truly care about their customers. They would do whatever they can to help and they are HONEST. They are not here to just take your money. Their work they do on your vehicle is quality work and done right! The last time i used them they fixed the problem and i havent had issues with that problem they fixed. I am now coming back to them with a different problem and they are guiding me through what direction to take to save as much money as possible. Truly i can not recommend them more. Thankfully, I purchased the road hazard coverage when I bought four new tires earlier this year because it saved me over $500 today! They got me in and out in under 4 hours without an appointment and even had a tire shipped over from their Shelbyville Road location.

“These guys have great prices and do really good work. The wait time is not very long either, about an hour for four new tires, mounted balanced. They didn’t have my size in the store when I called, but they were able to get them within three hours and get me back on the road. They were able to help my girlfriend in an emergency a couple months ago, and they just helped me this week. We will continue to come back for all of our tire needs.”
