“Brought in my car at 430, I was surprised at how efficient and HONEST they were, pricing was more than fair, I absolutely hate going to new places to have my car worked out because everyone is dishonest these days, was very pleased to hear that my car had an inexpensive fix, picked it up at 530 and only spent around 200 bucks for a new tire and for them to be balanced, definitely recommend this place!”

“Brought my car in there as I was sick of multiple mechanics telling me that the brakes where fine. I felt like I was driving a bus they were so loud. They inspected the brakes, and agreed, I needed new brakes AND rotors. They replaced the same day I dropped it by, and the vehicle is amazing again. A+++ Service. I highly recommend SMI to others!”

“I was needing 4 trailer tires like today. I called Georgina at Kaiser Tire on Southside at 1 pm. She worked fiercely to find the tires and to schedule me in for today. I was there at 2 30 pm. They got me in made the switch and got me out in 45 minutes. Georgina and Kaiser tire saved the day. Love you all.”
“I recently had an excellent experience at tire discounters on Shelbyville Road near Arby’s in Texas roadhouse. They did not have my tire size in stock but were able to get it within 90 minutes having it delivered by Uber from a tire wholesaler. I was under time constraint because my daughter needed to pick up her kids so they assigned two mechanics to replace the tires and do a full alignment on my car and have it out on time. Outstanding service. Because I bought Michelin tires I qualified for $100 discount one year of wheel alignment and a free synthetic oil change within the next 90 days”

“If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely amazing! They are understandingly and truly care about their customers. They would do whatever they can to help and they are HONEST. They are not here to just take your money. Their work they do on your vehicle is quality work and done right! The last time i used them they fixed the problem and i havent had issues with that problem they fixed. I am now coming back to them with a different problem and they are guiding me through what direction to take to save as much money as possible. Truly i can not recommend them more. “called several places for a replacement tire, not only did they have my exact sized tire available it was also the best price including balancing, installation and disposal of the bad tire. Address is on Dixie Hwy but it’s tucked behind another business just barely north of St Andrews Church Rd, let Google Map give you the directions. From the time i pulled up until the time I paid and left I would say less than 15 minutes (probably like 11-12 minutes). Professional and prompt without being made to feel rushed. Recommend to anyone needing a quick tire replacement or a complete set of new tires, I will definitely return!”

“We had a tire blowout and needed to make it to Cincinnati the same day. We called all around no one could get the tire faster than the following Monday, Andre came through and saved the day. He had one of the employees go get the tire we needed from their distributor and had it at the shop ready to go before we even got there. They put the tire on and we were back on the road in no time. He gave us a great deal and turned what was a disaster into a minor inconvenience. The best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere, hands down. I can’t recommend this place enough. Andre is the best! I’ll definitely be back for all my automotive needs”
