“My windshield wipers quit working the other day and I took my car to Etscorn Auto Shop and I was surprised how quickly they got me in! Josh was amazing and easy to work with and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on with my car. Great customer service, because my guy pulled a Rabbit out of his hat for me and had 2 Great quality tires brought over from warehouse and put on the rims for me same day within an hour and a half! Much appreciated!”

“Typically, it's hard for me to schedule maintenance. But this location was able to fit me in immediately and take care of several problems and requests that I had pricing was fair. Not the best in town. But not the worst quote I received either, work was done in a timely manner , and everything seems to be working properly now”

“If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely amazing! They are understandingly and truly care about their customers. They would do whatever they can to help and they are HONEST. They are not here to just take your money. Their work they do on your vehicle is quality work and done right! “On Feb. 11, 2026 I hit a brick on the expressway and flattened both tires on the passenger side and badly dented both rims. I had to have my car towed in. I called ahead and spoke with Jeff and when I came in he immediately looked at my car and took it from there. He was so kind and professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went over the options for the tires and rims and thankfully, Discount Tires had everything I needed in stock. I also had them replace my windshield wiper blades as the old ones were streaking badly. “I pulled in to Goodyear as my tire was going flat from running over an object on the expressway. As I parked my vehicle the rim was on the ground. Went in an Alan says they are really busy and it will be an hour or 2 wait. He checks me in the computer, takes the keys and I sit down to wait. .... I am out the door in less than an hour. And no charge as my tires are Goodyear. The best. Thank you for the great service. I am a repeat customer and am never disappointed.”
