Great prices all the time. Free alignment and free oil change with purchase of 4 new tires. They also will repair any tire for free. I have been here several times and will definitely be back.

Took my son's tire be repaired with one nail in the tire. I even circled the nail with an arrow and marked it with a paint marker. They told us it couldn't be repaired because there was two punctures right next to each other. This is not true. They actually punctured a new hole next to the existing one and close to the sidewall so I'd have to buy new tires. I am a mechanic and thougoughly inspected the tire before taking it to be repaired. Crazy! Do not go here for service of any kind.

Irresponsible people, without experience! They damaged one of my rims and all the old tires. They didn’t want to take any responsibility for that and supposed they checked the cameras confirm the issue and they just saw what they want.
Don’t go that place.

I have been a customer of this location for about 10 years. I have LOVED and trusted them up until this last year. I've never had a single issue with any service. They were quick and so kind. Something has happened in the last year and its a completely different store. One time, they forgot to put an updated sticker on my window (no biggy) and I just went in and asked for one...apparently that resulted in having a nasty slur put on my account. I found out when I went to login to make my next appointment. We brought it up to management after our service visit. As of today, its still on the account. And, now, after an $800 service, including an oil change, just two weeks ago, my car is already giving me a notice that the oil needs to be changed. So disappointed and sad that I can't get the same service as I did for all these years.

Only recommend to people you dislike. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop. The tires I received are unsafe!
I had a spare tire on my car so they knew I needed tires. He said there was one type of tire for my Honda Civic in stock. They cost double what I have paid for any other tires, and they are THE WORST tires Ive ever had. I drive my tires until they are almost bald and my brand new tires have worse traction than my old tires! I can barely drive in light rain! These tires are insanely unsafe! I hydroplane and have to drive way slower than traffic even with very light rain! They also told me I would get a free oil change, but then said they couldn’t do it that day and to come back. My girlfriend brought my car in for the oil change and after waiting multiple hours, they harassed her to pay for it until she called me and I told them absolutely not. Also When my lady asked what was taking so long he replied, “my mechanic has been sitting around for over an hour I’ll go yell at him again” 0 stars I would never recommend anyone to come here.

These guys were great!!! Saved us an hour before they closed put 2 tires on the front because the tire was worn and the wire was showing on one side..... Quick service great guys and they put up with our crazy kids for the short time it took to get the new ones put on!!! Thanks so much for saving our weekend!! 🫶🫶

Stopped here for the first time. Had a road hazard stuck in tire, and tires had to be properly inflated. Customer service was excellent! I'll definitely return to this location for all my tire needs. Brandon went above and beyond to assist and resolve my issue. He treated me like a priority customer! Exceptional and outstanding customer service. I'll return !

There always been good to me. This time was a oil change. I have a Ford F-150 2012 V8 price over the phone was $50. In person it was $45.
All or some lug nuts were bad. They replaced them all. Like always price quoted was out the door price. No surprise! Looks great too!
I have 3 vehicles. I take them all there. I have been going there since they opened the store.
I go to Wesley Commons New Albany Indiana.

Incredible experience. Very knowledgeable staff tire and alignment guys are incredibly knowledgeable efficient fast and do extremely good work highly recommend this place to anybody that needs tires alignment oil transmission or any service on your car

Lots of bait and switch with this place. I went to their website seeing lots of advertised options, with all sorts of deals, and the mail-in rebates. The tires I put in my cart with online reservation were basic, mid-range tires for my vehicle. I received a callback that those tires weren't in stock. I already had a couple of backup tires in mind and those weren't in stock either. I went and did some more research, called them back, and spoke with another person in the department. As I was getting a better idea, it seemed their more expensive, top-tier tires were the ones in stock... of course. When I asked about the mail-in rebates, I'm told I have to sign up for a Tire Discounters credit card in order to even get the rebate. The shop also closes early on Saturday, and they aren't even open on Sundays. I just drove to Ken Towery's off of Grantline Rd in New Albany, IN that was open on Sunday. Walked in with no issues, no catch, and just a smooth process all the way. I was even able to get the free alignment with the tires I purchased, and the price of everything was no worse than anywhere else. I gave 2 stars since the staff at Tire Discounters were at least friendly. I think the issue with them is more corporate policies and not so much a reflection of their employees. In any case, it always pays to look around for options and do your research with this sort of thing. What is advertised and how things are presented aren't always as they seem.

My daughter had 2 flat tires at 4pm and we were panicked because it was so late in the day. I called and they told me to bring it right in and they would change the tires. We called a towing company and got it sent right away. They went above and beyond to get this done right before closing time. Thank you to the gentleman that answered the phone and discussed the tires, thank you to the guys that worked on the tires, and thank you to Kameron, (manager) for helping us all the way around-you run a great store!
