“The gentleman working was extremely personable and helpful. I didn't know about this location. I had usually gone to the Jeffersonville location. That won't happen from here forward unless I have to. Thank you for the great service!”

Ascendance Truck Centers
635 Park E Boulevard, New Albany IN 47150
“Had problems with my DEF unit in the truck at 10:30-11pm one night and usually we take out trucks to the manufacturer for repairs however this location had higher and better service reviews than the manufacturer in Louisville, Ky and we like to give smaller businesses our business because in my opinion they seem to always take care of their customers. The mechanic who helped me was Nathan…I called home Nate for short. Dude got in my truck with his computer, looked at a fee things, pulled it unit he shop and went straight to the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he showed me what was the cause and the problem, he fixed it and then told me it was covered warranty. Professionalism, honesty, service is what I’m all about and can appreciate. We’re out of Houston, Tx and if we can & have to get to a shop near the Louisville area, they will see us again. Thanks guys and ask for Nate!!!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
327 W 5th St, New Albany IN 47150
“This was an alternative site to pick up the rental truck. It was not the location I originally chose to do business with so I was transfered to this site to pick up the truck. The truck was available when I arrived to get it and the representative helped me complete the contract. The truck was in great condition with only 430 miles on the odometer.”
