I had a positive experience at the US Bank on Spring Street. Despite a long line the two tellers they had working were quick and courteous, efficiently moving everyone through. One of the staff members that was working also spoke Spanish fluently, making it more comfortable for all customers that needed it. It was a much busier Saturday than normal, but since it was before Labor Day their service remained good I felt.

US bank will sell your home loan and leave you in the dark. I wouldn’t recommend. After they sell your home loan, you’re a nobody to them. RUN AWAY!

This bank has offered us very good rates on CDs and Savings accounts. We're happy to have a good option in our hometown. The staff is awesome! They came very highly recommended by a co-worker of mine, his father is a CPA and says it's the only place they bank.

You can't call the branch, must talk to an automated teller for 10 minutes. At least there are helpful friendly people at the building.

Worst bank ever. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE. I opened my account 45 days before and still not able to get hold of my debit card. Called hundreds of time and the caller will transfer your call again and again and no solution will be found. Go to better bank like Chase.

I have been customer for over 10 yrs and have never had a issue w service. Recently alot had moved or been promoted but the outstanding service has continued. They go above and beyond what is expected.

Can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received today from the Branch Manager, Jeanine. The place was so busy and my business was labor intensive. But after explaining to her the urgency in my request, she stopped everything to help me. And was extremely pleasant the entire time! Thank you so much!

I have been with US bank many years because of extended days and hours. But now with hours cut I have to do a lot of my banking viathe Atm. Mostly a good experience until last night. I deposited as I always do but spit back out $20 of my $400 deposit then didn't count the remaining $380! I call 2 different times once the 800 number they said go to bank tomorrow to resolve matter. Then the number on the paper the atm gave me and he tells me if it doesn't resolve itself call back they'll give a dispute and I should receive my money in 10 business days. How in the world is that helping?! My account is now overdrawn and I can't pay my bills. After this review the bank liason did reach out and has expedited the problem. The branch manager gave me the provisional credit as they continue to investigate.

I can say I have always had great experiences Banking at this Branch,but learned to stay away from the Clarksville branch in Kroger's as the Lady there was very Bias toward White males,she would greet her own race as brother or sister but seem to address White men with a different attitude and set of Bank Lending Policy's,Rates were higher than I could get at other U.S Banks or even online,she also gave me a Silver checking account when it should have been a Gold checking account to charge me a $24.99 monthly Fee when there should have never been any Fee's included on my account,I did get this corrected by calling the 1-800 number to U.S Bank,but New Albany U.S Bank has been very good to me.

This is the best bank because of it's convenient location and friendly staff. Particularly, Rosa, one of the tellers stands out to me in that she always greets me with a smile and remembers me by name even though i only come in about once every two weeks. A+ Rosa
