Ian was very responsive and detailed in his communications. He was transparent about the vehicle and buying process, and at no time made me feel pressured to make a decision. I am a more detailed buyer than most and knew exactly what I was going for, and Ian was very receptive to all of my questions/requests throughout the buying process. He’s a fair negotiator, a genuine car enthusiast, and clearly takes pride in his work.
