I came in because my phone was altered. I came in and the guy was super helpful. He showed me what I had done to change it and he then told me how to prevent it from happening again. Thanks guys!

Good the sales rep was super helpful. I'm glad I stopped in today. They told me everything I needed to know about my bill and gave me advice. Was quick and easy.

If i could use a 0 star i would service terrible phone wasn't charging and not due to something i did they where very unhelpful didn't explain why i had pay 90$ for another phone when damage was not due to me as a customer wjile trying to charge phone with my cord and box the employee started charging his phone spent 4hrs trying to figure out issues with my phone they treated me like they where in hurry to help next customer instead of taking care me terrible experience

My phone was saying it would be locked for 3 hours. These guys helped me get it reset and add my information back to my phone. All though it was stressful, it was a blessing to have them help me get my phone working again.

Came in due to dropping phone in pool. Worked with rep who have not s many options. We ended up going with better plan and better phones. Due to late in the day, we cam back the next day to get contacts s etc switched over. Rep was extremely helpful while transferring in helping familiarize us with our phones. Would highly recommend rep and the state street new Albany location!!!

Came in with my phone, it was an absolute mess and I was stuck on a page I couldn't get off. The gentleman that helped me was able to get my phone looking like a million bucks. Great service highly recommend.

Five plus stars!!!! All the representatives that have helped me at this store have been amazing and very helpful. I love this store. I always come in here for everything relating to my phone. I got WiFi not a long time ago and a watch today and they taught me how to use it.

My SIM card was not working and my phone was in SOS mode. I had to come in to the store to get that fixed. Super quick and available help. The reps were friendly and got me taken care of and helped look at my account.

I had such an amazing experience at this store today. They had some special event going on with a red carpet and everything. Verizon always takes care of their customers and I love this store in particular. My representative was very helpful and helped me get some accessories for my new phone! Come here.
