I don’t rent from this company, but they couple as a UHAUL dealer and I just want to say thank you to the man in charge of this place. Yesterday I went to rent a UHAUL trailer (6x12) to move stuff out of storage and after he connected the trailer, my car shut down from being overheated. It was doing weird things it had never done before, but the heat/sun was beating down on it so I’m assuming it was just far too hot. The guy who helped us used a blower to try to manually cool the radiator for me and then brought out his battery charger and connected it to my battery to try to get it going again. We were able to get it started and moved far enough into the shade for the car to rest out of the sun. He let us park it there until we could come back and get it later. Just a true gentleman and honestly a godsend. He was so helpful and so kind with no return on investment other than knowing he did what he could to help a stranger. I don’t rent with him, but I would recommend him to any and everyone just simply because he’s a great person! Thank you so much for all of your help yesterday! When we went back to pick up my car, it started right up and we were able to take off without any issues! You are a light in this dark world! ❤️

This location is great! The owner is the nicest guy ever and helped me back the trailer up into the spot he wanted it and taught me some good tips on backing a trailer. Definitely A+ service and will be using them anytime I need a trailer or truck!

Mother-in-law got a storage unit there. She says the owner is very rude. She told me that they practically made her buy a lock from them. Because, she had to put a lock on the storage unit right then. Bad business practice.

Try to rent a truck .had it reserved 3 days in advance for 6am cpl days later, and took a cab all the way there from Louisville and I couldn't get the truck. Their because my reservation wouldn't appear on the app . I did everything right to this day Boone can explain why this happened. And costed me almost 100$.
