Bought a recliner and sofa recliner made by catnapper about a year back. Quality and materials are grade A. Both have held up very well. We shopped around and found that almost all other furniture retailers were 6 plus weeks out to get everything. We were able to get both pieces same day at Andy’s. Great experience!

Its a decent place, but the products that they sell is pure garbage and certainly not made to last. They are comfortable in the store at first, but after a month they start wearing out

Totally unimpressed. Stopped in to look at recliners. Saw them off to the left. The guy sitting at the desk couldn't see his way clear to get up and wait on us. Apparently not interested in a sale. Doubt we'll go back.

Wanted to sell a display model with no discount other than free delivery. The delivery charge would've been $79 to deliver 7 miles away. Wouldn't even check to see how long to order a new one.

4.5 stars. Selection is decent. Prices are fair. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Best part is, you can buy from the show room floor. No need to place an order and wait months. Buy it, pack it, and go.
