  Only booze shop in town so I usually go there. Until the old man working the cashier yelled at me as I was looking for a case of unrefrigerated beer in the stacks right next to the coolers. He said you’re not allowed to be here and scolded me for not following the posted rule (which I did not see). I didn’t even realize this wasn’t public part of the store. I said, I can go buy my beer from Joe’s if you don’t want me shopping here. I also pointed out that he should be wearing a mask as that IS a rule right now (and I was wearing a mask). This set him off. He exploded on me yelling to “Get Out” and “you’re banned from my store.” All because I pointed out the county health rule right now for wearing a mask. I’m shocked a small town store would treat a local like this who has spent so much money in the store through the years. And I doubt he is the owner so find it odd that he has authority to ban me. But I’ll gladly drive to Walmart where the booze is cheaper anyway and service is definitely friendlier.

  Rude service. The old man who works there doesn't wear a mask even though the county requires it, regardless of when he is at the checkout or in the aisle. He got mad at me when I said he is supposed to be wearing a mask, and said I'm "banned" from spending my money at the store...I highly doubt he's the owner, but ok.

  Just moved to New Carlisle and this is a pretty good store. Decent selection of beers and liquors. I would suggest a better selection in the liquor section
