This was one of my best experiences with a shipping company. I was 20min away when the delivery driver called and he waited for me to get there. My package was 325 lbs he placed the package exactly where I wanted it. He was very polite and even had a quick conversation about a hobby we both like. Thanks Ryan and R&L
