“The New Castle location is outstanding!! Kendra is amazing!! I was in a car accident a long way from home and really needed a vehicle right away. She didn't have anything in. She and I both called around to other nearby locations and we found a van at the Anderson location. The manager there(I wish I could remember his name, He was also amazing!!) had it delivered to the New Castle store within two hours! These wonderful people went out of their way to see that my son and I were able to make it home! Thank you both so much!!”

“My son has an older model car that he absolutely loves. They had difficulty finding the part we needed and the insurance company offered us a payout for the damage. Thankfully Riley & Sons did not give up and they were able to locate not only the correct part but in the right color (avoiding a paint job). It was a lot cheaper than we anticipated and the car was washed and shined up when we picked it up.
