Far too often the pharmacy is out of medication, wait times are ridiculous, the drive through is NEVER open, the interior of the store looks rundown. Was charged $25.00 for a child’s 30 day supply of medication that they said was not covered by insurance due to the child’s weight, refilled the exact same prescription for a 90 day supply and it was covered. I cannot choose my own pharmacy due to my husband’s insurance but I can choose the location, and it will NOT be the New Castle location. I can sympathize with staffing shortages but terrible customer service is NEVER acceptable.

This location is extremely inefficient. Given 9 days, they still do not have my refills ready. Come in after work, which is 30 minutes until closing, and I have to come back tomorrow. Thanks for making me miss my critical medications!

Worst pharmacy ever!! Switching to kroger! A while back I was in drive thru 15 minutes before they went on lunch and they never came to the window, just kept resetting the greeting until 15 minutes later when it said they were closed for lunch. And then tonight I called because last week they were suppose to be filling my daughter's monthly meds and they still haven't filled them, I called 35 minutes before they closed and they left me on hold the whole time. This place is so unprofessional and Kroger I have never had an issue with. Cvs you need new management and customer service training

We have absolutely had the worst experience with this pharmacy. They never have my daughter's prescription ready on time . They say they will have it ready one day and it is never ready until about 2 to 3 days late . And also trying to call them to see if it's ready for pickup is pointless because they don't answer the phone
