The car wasn't filled with gas so he estimated 5/8 of a tank and charged me that. The car wasn't properly cleaned and it is supposed to be non smoking and as I drove it home it stinks like someone next to me is smoking. I have used Enterprise many a time and I won't anymore. They give you the run around and New Castle don't answer their phone.

The New Castle location is outstanding!! Kendra is amazing!! I was in a car accident a long way from home and really needed a vehicle right away. She didn't have anything in. She and I both called around to other nearby locations and we found a van at the Anderson location. The manager there(I wish I could remember his name, He was also amazing!!) had it delivered to the New Castle store within two hours! These wonderful people went out of their way to see that my son and I were able to make it home! Thank you both so much!!

I gave them 5 stars for the very first time I had to rent one of their vehicles after my car wreck. I called to schedule one for 8 a.m. be prepared if your expecting one as soon as you get there that it'll take you 30 mins or more to get it. They don't tell you on the phone but also be prepared to have to pay a $200 damage deposit. Which once you turn it back in and everything checks out ok you'll receive that money back. It depends on whom you bank through how fast you'll get it back. So, all together be prepared to pay about $250. Other then that blindside the guy that works in the office has really great customer service.

I rented from the New Castle, IN branch and worked with Seth who got me in a Jeep for my visit to WV. He was absolutely wonderful! He is professional, personable, and thorough. He was patient with all of my questions and very accommodating. I really do appreciate the excellent customer service he provided!

The employees were very nice but could not seem to explain why each week my charges were a different amount. I had the car for 5 weeks and not one week was the same amount charged. I rented the car on a Tuesday and paid for it each Tuesday for 5 weeks all different amounts. Also I paid a $200 deposit for the first week and an extra $100 deposit each following week totaling $600 of which $100 was returned to me. The $18 per day insurance I elected to have apparently was taken each week from the deposit amount. To me a deposit is something that is fully refundable when the car is returned with no damage and same amount of gas. My total for 5 weeks was $1800 which is exceptionally expensive for their cheapest compact car. I understand the total amount charged however I was under the impression they were charging my credit card in full each week so it was very unpleasant to learn that my deposit was being used for the insurance. This was never explained upfront and I feel this is not a good policy. If your deposit is being used for insurance than this should not be called a deposit as it is very misleading. Overall I am not very happy with my experience.

At first my husband and I went to an enterprise I’m a different town because my mother in law called that one for answers because we have a license but the bmv took the hard copy and gave us a paper one.. they said we just need to bring extra stuff so we did.. we get there and they said they never got any call and said they couldn’t do anything about it. And we really needed a rental. So I decided to call new castle enterprise and I explained to the the situation and he went above and beyond and took my information and spoke to some higher up people to see if we can still rent.. he called me back less than 10 min and said we could we just need to bring extra stuff.. and now we are on our way to our destination in a very nice rental.!!!! Thank you for doing and going the extra mile to help.!!! I would definitely come to you specific store again and recommend y’all to anyone.. thank you so much

Transaction was perfect, staff was great, car had two chips in the windshield and we found out the wiper blades were bad in the middle of a storm on the interstate going 70 miles an hour - not an ideal situation.

I am giving 3 stars only because the actual guy who helped me when I picked up the car was so efficient and nice. I would give them 1 star if not for him. So, I made an online reservation for a full size sedan 2 days before the date I needed it. I had a funeral out of state and we only have one car. I was bringing back home my nephews and needed something roomy. My reservation was for 9am and I get a call at 8:30 telling me that they were supposed to have 3 cars returned the night before and nobody brought them back and they would let me know as soon as it was available. He said something about how I had only reserved it the day before, which wasn't true, I had done it 2 days before and I'm not sure what that has to do with it? So I emphasize that I have to have it at 9am and I have a funeral in anther state that I have to get to, and instead of offering me the next class of car for the same price they just had me wait. Around 9:30am he calls and says they have a Hyundai accent available if that's alright. At this point I will take whatever, but that is a compact car. Not anything like I reserved. I am not sure what the point is of doing reservations if they can't accommodate. I could of gone to a another pick up location and chose this one because of the close proximity. I have another reservation for the 16th that I made months ago for a family vacation and absolutely can only have a full size sedan and at a specific time , now I am concerned about how it will go.

I've always had excellent service from this location and recently I needed a rental and picked up ASAP and they did it and provided an upgrade and went aboveboard to assist me in my crisis. They will Always have my business. Thank you!
