It's a really quick and easy bank to access off of the highway and it charges $3.50 charge if it's not your bank.

Never had a problem and been banking here for years! The app isn't the best but usually have issues and no other banking app I use is any better!

Hands down the worst mobile banking app you will ever use AND thee absolute worst customer service I've ever come across. No one is on the same page or gives you the same answers to fix a situation with the app. It has glitches that won't allow you to get to your money when your in a situation and need it. And Danielle at the New Castle Branch is either has driest, rudest voice on the planet or she is absolutely clueless how to have a pleasant , helpful conversation. Only thing they're trained to say is. "Sorry for the inconvenience " But Danielle makes sure she let's you know she could care less about any inconvenience. So today we will make sure we close our accounts and get our loans settled with them so we don't have to deal with this clown show of a bank ever again.

A customer of this bank had their info stolen & the bank didn't even red flag the strange behavior happening w/the acct.

They just take and take whatever they can and let you overdraft even if you have it set up not too!

I've been banking here for quite some time. This review isnt based on one meeting or interaction. The bankers and customer service reps here do a great job and have always left me a satisfied customer. The are fair and ethical. I would highly recommend. No banking errors in a lot of years with a lot of transactions. :)

The most absolute WORST BANK !!!!They are crooks! NEVER DO YOUR MORTGAGE THROUGH THEM!!!!! All you get is lies and no one ever knows what's really going on! Most unethical bank I've ever had to deal with, and no to mention very unprofessional staff!

It's really hard to find a Bank this bad, most banks have at least one good quality, but I found it. If you are self employed this bank takes away your legal deductions and says you did not earn the money. First Merchants Bank thinks their underwriter is the smartest person in the world, so Mr Underwriter read this;

Worst rude staff. Where do they get these staff members. Management is horrible rude and should be fired. We pay there salaries and the staff is rude. Go else where to bank. I went to First Financial and 5 th third. Dad went to First Financial. Sharon Herbert is rude not customer oriented. What do you expect out of uneducated people.

No modern features on debit card i.e. usage alerts/etc - can only notify of deposits/etc

8 dollar overdraft fees, mobile bank updates and crashes, mobile deposit doesnt work half the time, you cant see your actual bank balance on weekends if you deposit money get a check for friday and work weekends late shift? gotta come in early to use the bank no atm's and if you use a foreign atm you get charged a fee.
