The owner will put auto pay on your account without your approval and take money from your account and when you call to dispute it, he will tell you not to get in a fuss over it and then hang up on you, because why, he has your money so he doesn't care. there are plenty of places in New Castle you can rent a storage unit that has access whenever you want it (not just when Harold says) and you don't have to worry about your money being stolen either. ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THAN HERE!!
