We see Lorrie and she is fantastic. She always listens to my concerns about the kids and really cares about their wellbeing. We love her. We've been there for over 7 years and have NEVER had an issue with rude staff or anything else. I would recommend Lorrie to anyone.

I called because my child was very sick. They offered no help. Refused to see him. They also canceled my appointment for a wellness check. They also refused to let me hold my 1 year old for vaccines. They didn’t try to make the experience happy for my children. I feel uneasy bringing my kids back here.
