We bought a used couch and loveseat. When it was delivered it was extremely nasty I even told them and it wasn't a big deal to them. They were infested with bedbugs. I got rid of them. I have things I have to pay off but we will never buy from them again. They want to argue about them not having them

I'd give them a Zero!!! Terrible customer service, theres a lady there who has screamed at me before!! They don't listen, nor read the information you've provided! Worst Rent A Center I've ever dealt with in my life!!!!

My washer stopped working and I decided to get a washer from rent a center in new castle in . The first washer we got didn’t work properly. The second washer they sent didn’t work properly. I left 2 messages for Karen the manager to call me. Each time I called she was always off work . I never received a phone call from Karen. When I called this morning the clerk working had no resolution except they could have a washer sent from Muncie but it would not be delivered until Saturday. After insisting that I speak with Karen the clerk Reluctantly transferred me. Karen offered no apology for the inconvenience nor did she offer to reduce or refund the money paid the couple of weeks we had a non working washer. I politely asked that they pick up the washer we had and requested a full refund. She did say we would get a refund in 3-5 days and they would pick up the washer. I don’t see how they are in business, with non working appliances and bad customer service. People no longer care if a customer is satisfied and act as if they are doing us a favor instead of being grateful for their business.

Fridge's freezer didn't work properly, but we had already paid up for 2 weeks in cash. They offered to replace our fridge with a different one while the one we wanted was serviced or for us to get our money back until another similar fridge came in and they'd call us. We received our refund in 2 days from the date they picked up the non-working fridge. There very professional with all they do. We wound up going ahead and getting a laptop from them instead.

Nice furniture, but by the time you pay off your contract, you've paid for two of the item you purchased. I decided to pass on this one. If I can't just buy it outright, I'm certainly not going to rent it. No shade on the store, though.
