Formerly Scooters. Under New Ownership!! Shawn and Sara. We have a great crowd! 21 yr olds to 70, hanging out having a great time! Our food is second to none with great prices! Our menu is constantly evolving! We are the largest bar in New Castle! The only live music venue in town! Hilby’s is CASH ONLY but we do have an ATM with a cheap fee.
