Love it here,the ppl are great to me here and friendly to me here never had a single bad experience here,the unsweetened tea handmade doesn't last a whole day fresh so they keep handmaking everyday instead of leaving it out that's great.

Lived in the area for 8 years, & sadly, this is my speedway. Customer service is bare minimum ok. But you'll wait on them. Both to get to the register, & even if the line is 10+ people full, they still won't open up another cash register. Roller grill & cups (&/or) lids are never fully stocked, especially at night. If you come after the Grede crowd, you won't get their sloppy seconds, you'll just go home empty-handed & hungry because they clear out the roller grill & they don't refill it quickly enough. Sometimes they don't refill it at all until 7 a.m. & some of the cashiers are ignorant. I had money put on my cash app up there & went to do it again a few days later with a different CSR & she said "we don't do that here" & I said "I just did it the other day" & she argued "not at this store, you didn't" when I had proof that I did, & I thought the customer was always right? They used to offer their WIFI as a hotspot, but they greedily no longer do. This has been noted on the national "WIFI Map" app by yours truly. Shawna Adkins up there is cool AF though. Give her a raise. Tell her it's on Rik. Rest of ya? ??

Place is always clean. Some employees are friendly and others seem like just their for the pay check!!!!

3 stars for customer service and longtime customer. Just a couple thoughts. Store is always filthy and there's always something out of order. Customer service has always been good. Just mopping the floors and keeping the coffee and drink stations clean would go a long way. Thank you for your service .
