Certain times the day it gets too full of impatient customers crowded into the line(s) to deal w the fewer than needed, less trained than adequate, and often less personable/amiable than desired cashiers.Any other times though, it's not at all crowded, partly due to an unused percentage of floor space, as well as--in my opinion, unfortunately)--a more limited variety of goods and product lines .
