Worst experience ever with a phone company their staff is very under trained Ariel the so called manager took no accountability for what the employee said, Internet service never worked phone service was spotty at best returned the phones and then no refund for what was paid

I came in here to get a phone and the woman was so helpful and right to it. I expected it to take hours to get anything accomplished but I was in and out in 45 minutes. Prices are pretty good as far as phone service. Getting my iPhone for free so that is a plus.

One can rarely compete even the most basic of transactions in under thirty minutes. It most often requires more than one employee to compete the task, as well. High turnover rate precludes any type of customer relationship.

I was in your store today (4-6) and was very impressed. I was having problems with my texting and the girl that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what the problem was fixed it very fast. I will be returning for any other future problems I may have

I would give it no stars, but the woman at the front counter was nice, she seemed didn't know much, but maybe she was new. The guy didn't want to make eye contact, and tried to avoid all together. NOW, we went to discuss our options as to what would be available for a new 2-line plan. Looking at trading in a phone, ect. We ultimately decided to wait and walked out with nothing, because we'd have to pay $700 now but would get it back on each bill. THEN, not even a week later, we get a bill from T-Mobile for $5 for having "a day old plan." I called and got it fixed, as they could see nothing was ever turned on, activated, or setup. It was definitely a headache.

I came into the store to upgrade my lines and renew my contract. It took over 4 hours and the guy had no clue what he was doing but some lady I assumed was management kept coming over and helping and I thought we left the store with everything taken care of but no they "lost" the phones I turned in for my upgrades, in the legal world thats theft considering it was MY devices I had turned in, not leased devices. So they are charging ME for the devices that their employee stole. I also have no service when I'm at work and when I brought this concern to attention of t-mobile I was told "our service doesn't really reach inside of buildings, do you work inside a building?" Who DOESN'T work inside a building???Then I call in to get things fixed and they accused me of lying and not turning in the phones. Like are you serious?!? Worst company EVER!!

Franklin McCarter with Freedom Improvements, LLC. Stop in T-Mobile and was helped with new phone and was very well pleased with store staff. They had two team members in store and I was the only one in store and the recommend T-Mobile in New Castle to your family and friends., The team members that were on staff the time that I was in was very very helpful and they worked as a team I was the only one in the store at the time and they used her team work and team members togetherness was able to get things accomplished and had me on my way I appreciate the New Castle T-Mobile retail store and I rate them a five star ⭐

I went to T-Mobile this past week and talked to a nice young woman named Sara. She was very helpful in helping me get my new phone set up and home internet. The internet is the best internet I’ve ever had not a single time has there been buffering or anything and I can have multiple devices connected and it still run the same as if there was one connected. All in all I have to say thank you Sara from T-Mobile for helping me get the best I can get for an affordable price!!!

I recently was in there to switch to a TMobile plan. The employees were good and I had no issues with them. My issue that I ran into was I wasn't able to do it. For some reason, I was told that I had to pay off all of my phones before I could switch plans. My complaint is this: What's going to happen when the merge is complete? My phones still won't be paid off. Will I get a bill for the price of all the phones? I'm just trying to save some money. Switching to a TMobile plan will end up saving me over $100/mo. I just don't understand why it can't be done.
