I've never encountered a more miserable individual in my life. Words cannot describe how the rudeness eminates from the staff. There is someone there that appears to be in leadership position. She wears a red smock. Joanna or something. A fish rots from the head down. She needs a coming to Jesus talk. Miserable

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The way I was spoken down to like I'm supposed to be aware of how their operations work is mind boggling. The pharmacy tech was condescending and acted annoyed that I had questions about very important medications.It looks like this is a common theme after reading the reviews for this store.

The woman at the pharmacy was the rudest person I've ever had the marked displeasure of having to deal with. I had a complication with my medications and didn't know what I needed to do but instead of explaining it to me, assuming that I am not a pharmacy tech and therefore do not understand the procedure, she instead got very loud and irritated at me and ultimately, did not help to resolve my issue in the slightest. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will most certainly be going through Walmart for my prescription needs in the future.

Went to great to 2 stars within two days. I don’t know how many times I have to tell you all that I no longer have Mdwise insurance and that I have a 3rd Party healthcare. You were able to get me my prescriptions perfectly fine two days ago with my healthcare card. Fast forward to today my husbands comes to pick up my daughter’s prescription and you won’t give her her medicine and she has the same healthcare. Ridiculous. She has strep mind you.

8/25/23I rarely shop this location but was on my way. Front cashier (older female) was very unfriendly. I felt like an inconvenience to her.She was clearly frustrated and very short with me and others. A couple behind me said she’s always like this. I understand we all have our bad days but this seems to be an ongoing issue. How sad. I hope she finds happiness but as for me I will not be stopping back at this location.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever went to. Took me 3 times, before prescription was ready. In fact, prescription was suppose to be ready at 5...not ready...by time I got home 10mins away, put text message on phone that it was ready. Sent my husband to get it as this redhead is ?

NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE HAVE I SAT IN A PHARMACY DRIVE THRU WAITING TO GET MY BP MEDS AND SAT FOR HALF HOUR BEFORE AOME CHUMP COMES OUT AND SAYS WE HAVE NO PHARMACIST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE WILL TRY TO MOVE MY MEDS SOMEWHERE ELSE

The nurse called in the meds at 11am and had to leave a voicemail. I went to get my meds. They said they didn't receive an order, so I verified it was called in and waited until 3pm. I called and asked if it was ready yet. They said they still hadn't received an order. I told them to check their voicemail. They said the nurse had "just called it in". No, she called it in at 11am... so basically some of the techs are okay with lying. She told me it'd be ready in a hour and hung up on me. Rude & unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their behavior, but many members of the staff here just don’t care about their customers. I once sat for 20 minutes for a consultation after a tech told me to go down to the last window (it was a simple medication question and there were very few people in the line) and I had to go to Walgreens down the street to ask (the staff there helped me immediately). Also, after a lengthy process that finally resulted in me getting a medication for a chronic illness approved by insurance, I went in to give them info for a savings card since the insurance price was still over $1000 and I was told by the tech working that she couldn’t give me a new copay. I’ve interned at Walgreens so, unless the CVS system is fundamentally different and flawed, you ARE able to give patients updated copays based on new COB info. The staff are also unfriendly, condescending, and short with me constantly. I’m spending money at your business, so I feel like I’m entitled to some semblance of respect. As of right now, me and the rest of my household are transferring out prescriptions to another location. If our insurance didn’t stipulate it, I wouldn’t go to CVS at all, considering Walgreens seems to handle things much either with less staff.

Left walgreens when they changes their hours to 10am-6pm because I work those hours. No way for me to pick up meds. Now cvs is the same hours. Way to screw over the working class.

04/04/23. CVS New Haven .. Been going there for 10 years … Then along comes Janet she is one of the rudest and unhelpful pharmacy personnel I have ever dealt with in all these years. She actually hung up on me this morning when I was trying to explain something to her. Do to her I will be traveling further to a different location.. I really hate having to do this because of the inconvenience of the location. I am disabled and my husband has much difficulty with his legs and traveling ..
