“I appreciate Costco. I am having difficulties with Costco.com and getting orders delivered so I happily drove the hour to the warehouse to get my items. I wish the check out matron was not grouchy about my identification card and me having to prove my identity.”
“In my area (28th st, Grand Rapids, MI) gas here is anywhere from 30-50 cents per gallon cheaper. There's always a friendly guy running around checking on people and saying hi. Only bad thing is this place can be crazy busy. O.W. 5 stars.
One odd thing, in Fort Wayne IN that station isn't much cheaper than all the other stations. Not sure why?”
“I come here for a few gifts every year for coworkers mostly since I cant afford to buy them much. The gifts always change so I like that about it but you do have to watch what you buy because some of the things they sell can be bought at the dollar tree for a dollar cheaper.”

“Nice enough people that work there, but I felt invisible while standing in line for an Amazon return. It took about 20 minutes until I was helped, and there were only two people in front of me at the customer service desk. By the time I left, the line to customer service, including Amazon returns, was 13 people. One employee walked by and did nothing and actually went into the customer service center moved a couple boxes around but did not did not acknowledge me or anybody else and then left again. It’s nice to have a brick and mortar store to shop at and their prices are really quite reasonable especially when things go on sale which is often. Great selection of items but need to update their team on customer service skills a bit.”
“Meijer is ok, save big money at Menards across the road. Not that this has anything to do with Meijer except that this shopping center offers about everything a person needs besides medical care.”

“Clean, well stocked, found what I needed. Line ran smoothly and quickly, most ( 98% ) of the staff was friendly. The other 2% just ignored customers, didn't say hi, or welcome, I personally having worked retail find people are more receptive to make purchases if the staff is ingaging and friendly. JMO”
“I shop at Kohl’s frequently. I love their coupons and Kohl’s cash. I get great bargains here. Sometimes the sales wax are a bit disorganized however. Had a delightful experience with checkout. Robin was most efficient and friendly.”

“This HomeGoods Store is always nice to check out after dinner. They have a large variety of merchandise that's changed weekly. Most items are combined together in similar categories, but you'll want to check out the entire store. The store is clean and well lit. Restrooms were clean too.”
“Good clearance selection, unfortunately they don't have a big selection of food available. Would love to see them expand on that section. Otherwise not bad.”
“Went to look at cologne, Prada saleswoman was very nice and helped me find a good fragrance. However, the Jean Paul Gautier saleswoman was very pushy and kept pressuring us to buy her fragrances.”

“I just shopped here this morning 3/2/2025 and I needed wifi to get the pair of shoes I wanted and their guest wifi wasn't working so she ended up getting me on her hot spot and I was able to get my shoes and get outa there quickly, wish I knew her name but she hooked me up!!”

“This is a great store for hardware and gardening needs. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. On one recent visit, we were looking for a specific item. When we couldn't find it, an employee helped us look it up online. We ordered it and had it shipped to the store. The next time I visited, the same employee remembered us and asked if we had gotten the item. I appreciate that she took the time to get to know us well enough to recognize on our next visit!”
“Went to walmart because I Really needed help With Ordering beds on line I just was having such a hard time walked up to the customer service and Ask The Cashier Bernice even though I seen She has lots of people to tend to i asked could she help me she replied " I sure will try " we got the beds ordered in no time came back to the store to give her some money extra i felt like she deserved it she was busy .She said Oh No mam i cant accept that . I just wanna say Thankyou and You were so kind and patience there should be more cashiers like you.”
“Well, I love this Meijer. Always a great produce section. Good selection in the deli. I even like the layout(though that did take some time to get used to it) great clearance section, not hidden.
But the real reason I'm reviewing is the sushi. The gentleman ( don't have his name) is fantastic. Delicious and after only a few times he now remembers me. Lol. So good everytime. Crunchy california roll is out of site. I'm gonna get his name so I can keep reviewing him.

“I came by Macy's during Black Friday to get some shopping done for myself and family. This is a huge Macys located in Fort Wayne and its quite possibly the largest Macy's store I have been in with three floors!Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. This is an amazing Macys store just because of that!The employees are great too and very helpful. Definitely recommend it!”
“I usually avoid Costco on Saturday but today I needed some extra supplies for a wedding reception so I didn't have a choice.It was crazy crowded but I was impressed with how cheerful the employees were. My cashier was working very fast but still managed to keep up a pleasant conversation. At each register an employees unloading carts and another employee was loading the carts after the cashiers finished scanning each item.This allowed the checkout lines to move very quickly. Every employee I saw today had a smile and pleasant greeting.”
“So far I'm very happy they redid the store and the employees but I'm seeing a down the same path to not 4 stars already the young lady I encountered was register girl and no greeting a bland look on her face no smile and music very loud and her hair well I will give it a little while longer before I go back in cause it seems like this stores energy is still not quite right appearance and friendly smiles make all the difference it's not a corner store it's an establishment and everything and everyone who represents this establishment should be and look presentable at least ?hope it gets better ☺️”
