I scheduled a FedEx pickup at my home. I watched FedEx drivers go by my house, but none stopped. Hours for pickup were 9-6. I called, but FedEx couldn't identify my tracking #, so the phone system wouldn't forward my call to a live person. Next day I RECEIVED a package from FedEx, so before he could pull away, I flagged the driver down. He came up, and entered my package into his portable IPad and left with my package. The driver told me to never call FedEx, but to stop a driver whenever I needed help. I appreciate our local FedEx drivers!

Horrible! I need to talk to a person! This can't be handled by a robot! Expecting 2 packages. Driver delivered one and took a photo of it and used the photo for both tracking numbers. So it shows both as delivered but one is still in his truck!

Driver delivered a package to us. Wasn't our package but we knew the person it went to so we gave it to them. Yet we still never received our package. No one at FedEx wanted to try to work with us on getting it solved while the driver was still in our area. So as of right now in my opinion FedEx owes me over $200 for my package that they lost or kept. I'm so done with FedEx messing up our deliveries. I rate the - 100
