About FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground is a logistics company that operates a time-sensitive delivery route. Despite the challenges of their work, the drivers maintain a positive attitude and work hard to ensure customers' items are delivered safely. However, some customers have faced difficulties when dropping off high-dollar items, as the staff in the guard shack were sometimes irritated and unwilling to assist. Nonetheless, the company's new package handlers have reported a positive onboarding experience, with helpful trainers and a comfortable workplace environment that is the opposite of a "sink or swim" mentality.

Fedex said they attempted to deliver my package however I have a ring doorbell and a security system. Guess what, no fedex driver was on either. What a disappointment.

Absolutely insane wait times on a delivery (10+ days) and they keep on rapidly changing the estimated start date to a different week so much I had to mute tracking notifications
